Bitez Bay is a relaxed, low-key resort, around 6 km outside Bodrum with a good selection of shops, restaurants, bars and nightspots. Bodrum Castle is roughly 7 km from this beach hotel and Bodrum Airport is approximately 40 km away.

Facility

81 non-smoking rooms are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected.     Very bad room the ac very hot, they didn’t give be the room i book ,no light the toilet dirty the room door not locking!!!very very very badit is really horrible and far away Tge receptionist is not normal guy he has an issue in talking I will never repeat it

    Rooms with no window and broken beds, super dirty bathroom super dirty food area, super dirty beach, no air conditioning, staff doesn't speak English or they don't want to do it, we had to pay to move to another hotel where we finally managed to have a wonderful holiday.

    I gad a great holiday in Bodrum in July with my friends ... the hotel wasn't so good that we expected , we had a problem with our apartment , which cann't be fixed , other things about cleanliness , food etc.was normal ...overall it was nice with pool and private beach ... Besides i want to mention one special person , Jack , who will take care of your adventures in this city ,you can fully trust him in every step , he knows what you like , what kind of holiday are you looking for,i can say he made our trip 🩷 thanks for everything

    The hotel is run down (H&S issues around the hotel - broken stairs, walls etc) and very dirty, cleaning is non existent. No change of bedding, towels are ripped and filthy. We had to ask for toilet paper as even this was not checked or provided unless asked for! The electricity and water cut out multiple times a day which is unacceptable. The staff are not helpful or apologetic and the bar staff make guests feel very uncomfortable. It is such a shame because the location of this hotel is beautiful but the hotel itself is run appallingly. Avoid.

    Stayed here with friends in June for 8 nights. The food was so bad that even the staff spoke about us (we understand Turkish) saying ‘don’t these girls eat?’. Of course we do, just out eating everyday - there wasn’t even a toaster at breakfast! Food was awful and hardly no choice including only a few different alcoholic drinks available. There is no housekeeping. Sheets were never changed, floor was never cleaned. Nothing in the bathroom was replaced, on arrival there was no shower gel, 8 days later still no shower gel. We were 4 girls in a room, we had to beg for toilet roll to be replaced. Towels aren’t replaced either - you also have to practically beg for them. They also don’t give you beach towels even though it’s a beach hotel. The wifi is awful, barely connects half the time. We had a power cut, on and off which made us think it wasn’t by coincidence. Some days there was no running water after getting back from the beach. If you’re wondering why it’s so cheap, this is why. Avoid staying here honestly, it’s not worth it even at the reasonable cost.
