    Unspoiled Serenity on the Aegean

    rating22 Sept 2017

You will be drenched in sun, history and stunning original artwork during your stay at the unique Aspat Termera Resort Hotel, minutes from Bodrum, Turkey. You will leave teh crowds of Bodrum behind and step into history. The private beach boasts kayaking, swimming, windsailing. You will be surrounded by modern white marble statues created by talented artists, plenty of sun AND shade from palm trees and cabanas as you sip a cocktail. Bar and snack service provided by friendly waitstaff. Aspat Hill contains ancient ruins including a Turkish Hamam, which will be turned into a museum soon. You can hike, explore the ruins of churches, outdoor worship areas of several faiths, ancient towns and walls, cisterns and imagine life at this prime location for the past 4,000 years. You can imagine pirate ships approaching as you view yachts and boats sail by. Your view of the blue Aegean will be unspoiled by any modern buildings or other signs of civilization. save boats. It is so quiet, only the sounds of music, and waves from the beach. Enjoy massage, morning yoga or a meditation session on the pier, listening to the Aegean whisper to you of the civilizations which thrived on beautiful Aspat Hill and the ancient mariners who sailed here for thousands of years. Enjoy two meals on site per day included in rate.

Only for its wonderful nature and wind

    rating23 Aug 2016

Don't expect anything very luxurious or comfortable; services are poor. Nothing is up to date; HOWEVER this bay is one of the very few natural havens left on the Bodrum peninsula. If you like sailing or wind surfing , you will always have the wind (sometimes even too strong). There is also the possibility to do canoeing with the kids on the very calm canal that divides the property. The sea water is still amazingly blue!

Nice beach and friendly windsurf school staff

    rating15 Aug 2015

We stayed at Aspat Beach resort in August 2015. Rooms are outdated, food is OK and beach is awesome. We took windsurf classes from Ali and Huseyin. They did a great job. Resort has a nice location where wind picks up in the afternoon but it doesn't get wavy.

    Not for us

    rating15 Aug 2013

We were recommend this resort so reluctantly went and was shocked to find it far worse then already bad expectations. So many broken or dysfunctional things in very overpriced accommodation. The maintenance staff obviously were overrun with problem because they never came to fix the problems which ranged from front door lock stiffness, broken fridges, broken toilets, leaky showers and no promised amenities in the small house we moved into. The fixed hours for the buffet were also problematic with young children. And there was no support ( eg children's seats) at the dinner table. The pools was mouldy and the sea was filled with paper napkins from the restaurant and bar. While it may be a nice place for singles or couples, it was very hard with a family and we all left with a stomach ache from the food. Very relieved not to be there any more.
