    THE WORST experience ever. Filthy toilets, hygene lacking restaurant staff along with extremely unprofessional administration. These people have NOT heard hospitality language neither they are willing to educate themselves. You hear fights among staff in dirty cussing language at the presence of hotel guests. God forbid you question any of the daily bills they get agressive and offended. Towels arrive at about 11:00 am for the beach... so don't make plans for swimming before then or bring your towel from home to dry yourself. Food is extremely overpriced but understandable as it is the fashion screwing the customers in Bodrum... so it is expected. BUT, the food quality is not even worth to grade or rate, although the breakfast was ok. Overall, i will NOT stay here for another night or minute. Lastly.... the valet service, you have to experience yourself to figure how low people can get.Excuse misspellings, driving as well.

    Casa Costa delivers its guests who stay in the 22 rooms high quality service; the same quality can be found round the clock, on the beach and over meals.Ali Aslan who is the general manager is omnipresent at all times, and is aware of the minute details in the rooms as well as the beach, the bar, the restaurant. Guests are welcomed by Gul Kontas Aslan, Ali's spouse, a most charming lady who comforts the quests as they step in. Guests see neither unless they want to; i.e. they are not pushy, for 7 days I thought Ali Aslan was the technical attendant.Kenan Oztepe is in charge of the beach where he orchestrates his young staff dilligently. One wonders if Tolga who is in charge of the bar is a guest or a member of the team. Last but not the least Ugur Degirmenci is the miracle producer in the kitchen. Ugur produced a full and perfect dinner under in 15 minutes. One starts the day with a perfect pain au raisin that can compete with the better boulangeries in Paris, thanks to Ugur's commitement to what he does.As far as I am concerned the day began with an hours walk around the bay, followed by a refreshing morning swim in the waters of Gundogan Bay. I am aware that this has been an overly positive review, and must therefore add that I paid for our stay!

    We visit this place many times the service is allways verry Good the menu is in TR and English Service verry Friendly. And Food is perfect definitely worth a visit they also have Valet parking and a Watersport centerAnd a Private beach

    Did not stay at the hotel but used the beach club for the day. Awesome cocktails and service. Very friendly and courteous staff. Beautiful clean and clear water. Spinach and cheese “pide” is delicious.

    Beautiful scenery and superb hotel, but does not deserve the price tag

    There is nothing bad I can say about this hotel, except ypu can find similar or even better hotels for lower prices. Their beach is amazing; but in the previous years it was privately managed. Unfortunately, the hotel has taken this business on themselves and as expected failed miserably. The organization and the service are very rude and low class. I hope they change the "promoter" next year, so that I could go to my favorite beach for the last 5 years again.
