    Spent three days at the hotel. super clean, quiet, very safe and secure, amazing fresh food from local products. amazing bed linen. special thanks to the chefs of the Marchella restaurant and of course the hotel staff. Merve we love you! Deniz we love you! unfortunately we did not remember the names of the other employees, in any case - everyone was great. amazing service. will definitely come back. SUPERB 👌

    We spent an incredible 5 days at the hotel. When we ventured out to the other famous beach clubs we just wanted to come back to the hotel to enjoy the deck. We had most of our lunches at the hotel and one nice dinner by the water as well. The service was amazing! When we return to Bodrum, we definitely will be staying here again!

    If you want to experience the worst staff, the WORST music and the most insufficient service in the best location in Bodrum, Ersan is the right spot. No matter how beautiful the location is; forbidding the hawses on the beach when there's only 6 people around, playing a very disturbing and loud music at 10:00AM and staff's VERY money-based attitudes is really very annoying. Very overrated, very "wanna be" and just waste of money... Sorry but no matter how beautiful the architecture is, tourism is all about good service. Once you ignore it by hiring cheap staff, you lose.     We had wondeful 6 days at sign by ersan! Nice and clean beach, cristal clear water and always a place on the beach chair.     A stay in a piece of heaven

    One of the most gorgeously located, classiest boutique hotels you will find in all of Turkey. The breathtaking views you will capture there, will make your stay well worth it! Even better than the Fiji-esque scenery you will find there, are the staff; truly, some of the nicest, most generous, hard working people you can ever hope to meet! From the reception to house keeping, F&B managers, restaurant staff and even the executive chef: I have nothing but the highest praise for them all.One issue I have to raise, as a person with a physical disability, is that the hotel has almost 0 accessibility features. They did promise me though, that it’s something they are absolutely working on during this coming winter renovation.
