  We did not have a great experience at this hotel. The check-in was delayed by 1 and half hours as our rooms weren't ready even though we'd turned up an hour after check-in was open. We think they were moving people out of rooms to put us in, and there was no permanent cleaner.The rooms are basic, which is fine, but they weren't clean. The bathroom shelf was still sticky with soap.The outside toilets were disgusting, and they didn't look like they were cleaned at all. The area around the pool could be so nice, but it is unkempt and not maintained well.There seemed to be permanent residents in the hotel that were not holiday makers and they weren't allowed to use the pool. It didn't add to the feeling that we were in a holiday hotel.The pool is great, and the location to town is great too. There is no bar but you can bring your own food and drink in which was good.This is not a holiday hotel.

  2 weeks in a beautiful area hotel bad

  We stayed here for 2 weeks, well the hotel is in a big need of updating to say the least, you have to ask to get your room cleaned staff are very rude to say the least the only person here that is of any help is the lady on reception that speaks English don't ask for tea as the staff will serve the Turkish people and tell us English no tea all they want to do is smoke shush a pipe in the bar area and ignore the guests, this is a real shame as it is a beautiful area that I love but if you want a decent hotel in this area try knidos as the owners there know how to treat people, I come here every year, but not to this hotel unless it has a good face lift, it is a real shame as the pool area is wonderful

  My mistake, if you pay a low price you get a low product and service...and we did. The hotel is a sub-backpacker standard place. Service was very limited. On the second day we returned to the room and it had not been cleaned. We approached management and they said they only clean on request. There may have been a sign to that effect, but it was in Turkish and we were not informed verbally. The breakfast was minimalist. The worse thing, however, was that the room was dirty and run down (see pictures). It might be a cheap hotel but there is no excuse for having dirty rooms. The season had barely begun and they had a chance to spruce things up without spending a lot of money, but they had clearly chosen not to do so. I would avoid this place however appealing the low price might be.

  We stayed here last September. It was a last minute booking. Although the hotel was basic and the lack of food choice, the location was fantastic and this is just what we needed for four days. Excellent staff. Certainly would go back again.

  Do Not Expect to Stay in The Room you Booked and Paid For!!!!

  We booked and paid for the 'Ocean View Suite' in advance on Booking.Com and arrived to find that it 'wasn't available' on arrival. This is the only explanation we received by the way. The man on the front desk was embarrassed - we got the feeling he felt bad about what had happened but didn't have the pull to make anything happen for us. In short, we got thrown into a Pool Room and were told that our money would be refunded within a week of our stay (difference between Ocean View and Pool rate)... to date we haven't received this refund.Please don't stay here.....I have the feeling they overbook at the time... luring people to stay by offering an Ocean View Suite at a pretty cheap 'last minute' rate... which is never actually available... so you end up in a dodgy room out the back. We searched for the hotels available while out for a drink on our first night (to calm down after the check in nightmare) and the Ocean View Suite was still showing availability for that evening!! Unbelievable!! There are plenty of other B&B's and hotels in Turkbuku that you'll have a better experience at than here.
