  Hotel is located just close by the sea in Ortakent region. Staff is friendly and especially big studio rooms with balcony in front are quite pleasant.Having said that the food is average and the number of sunbeds are excessive compared to land of beach that the hotel has.

  As our grandchildren had a day off school we decided to visit Ortakent Festival. Arrived quite early and decided to have a quick coffee etc then visit the stalls etc. Ended up staying for sixhours. Lunch and dinner. Food and service superb. Beach was ideal for the kids. Toilets and general areas immaculate.

  Its anice clean small hotel ,beach is wonderful water little cold make you so refresh ,food in this hotel very good so delicouse and they serve in the resturant some meals special from ortakent so testy with resonable prices, also you can ask them to cook for adiner fresh fish ,much cheap than bodrum city center and 100% fresh .staff all are kind and helpful regards to Fatih and hussain make our stay wonderful ,this hotel so nearby to bus station to bodrum center and other places ,most of the customer of this hotel turkish people ,we was 5 persons all of us enjoy stay in thishotel and thearea and really we like to come again to this interesting hotel

  Turkey at its best

  My wife and I are just back from a lovely week in Turkey at the Dilekagaci boutique hotel in Yahsi Beach, Ortakent.The hotel was very quiet at this time of the year and it is mainly used by Turkish people. The rooms are well appointed, the staff very friendly, even if they don't have much English, and the pool and dining areas are very relaxing. We were on B&B tarrif and didn't sample the evening food, but if the well presented breakfasts are anything to go by, there would be no issues. There are loads of nice restaurants along the front within minutes of the Dilekagaci and the ones we tried served good food at very reasonable prices.The hotel is situated right on the beach and the area of 20 to 30 sun beds is just across the walkway from the hotel. The beach itself is of rough sand/ fine shingle and the water gets deep reasonably quickly. We found getting into the water easy enough though it is better to wear swimming shoes.The hotel has a well appointed gym and a Turkish Bath house - this was great fun and a real must if you visit this hotel.The Yahsi resort is about 15Km from Bodrum which can be easily reached by the local bus service called the dolmuch which run every 10 minutes right through until about 3:00am. So getting around and back to Yahsi is easy. The fare to Bodrum is only 3.75TL (about £1.20)pp each way and takes about 40 mins as it goes round all the villages.Tuesday market in Bodrum is not to be missed as the bargains are amazing. A trip to Kos is also possible thought it is a full day, it is worthwhile.This was our first trip to Turkey, but I doubt it will be our last and we would be happy to recommend the Dilekagaci.

  Good value for money in high season

  This is a middle of the road clean and friendly place . The room was clean and functional with a safe and a mini fridge . The bathroom had a good shower but the drain was faulty . Apart from that , fresh towels and beach towels available daily . Staff did not speak much English but I was able to communicate . The breakfast was again good for this type of hotel . Toast , egg station for omelettes , all types of cheeses , fresh fruit , Turkish breads and sweets and salads , jams etc . No fresh juices though ! I would definitely go again as it is nicely located on a good stretch of a beach. There is a minibus service to bodrum every 8 minutes for less than TL5 until 2 am in the morning !
