  Great clean hotel, with free parking, friendly staff, good restaurant and bar. There is a haridryer in the room, but no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The swimming pool is very nice.   Hotel was delightful, everyone was very polite and always greeted you with a smile on their face. Hotel rooms were cleaned every other day if you wanted them to be. Nothing was misplaced. The food was nice and plentiful. More than you can ask for given the rating of the hotel. The pool was pleasant to be around everyday. Crowd of people were quiet and respectful. Children were entertained by hotel staff that joined them in activities and spent time with them. Everyone left the pool area at a respectable time to avoid disruption for people trying to sleep. Overall the experience was pleasant and we would visit again. Oh yea the deserts were just delightful.   Myself and my son stayed here for 5 nights. Booked the same day we arrived. Hotel is very clean, pleasant staff, pleasant people in the hotel. Pool is lovely and was cleaned daily, maintenance guys are always on hand. Food is really lovely and very reasonable in price. You can also eat inside of the hotel in the restaurant.There is a kids club, the ladies are so good with the kids, lovely girls when we was there.There is a KFC next door, an Aldi around 4 minute walk, McDonald's is around a 10 minute walk. The hotel is on a main road, however, we didn't hear noise at night. Plenty of sun beds, we are early birds so was down by the pool by 0830 everyday, some days other people didnt appear till gone 10am so we had the whole area to ourselves. Air con was lovely in the rooms, rooms are cleaned to a high standard, staff are very polite who attend to rooms and you can choose whether or not you want your room cleaned etcWe didnt have any complaints at all Administración Alicante, Director General at Daniya Alicante, responded to this review Dear Kelly, thank you so much for your wonderful review 🌟.   We visited here at short notice and stayed for three nights...the hotel and rooms are spotless and whole place has a relaxing atmosphere...Staff really make the effort and most speak sufficient English to help....A small round pool on site and plenty of sunbeds situated on AstroTurf around the pool...Two staff entertained young children by the pool daily.Food and drink good quality and cheap compared to the UK...You can pay to eat in the restaurant or at either the pool bar or bar in reception where they do snacks at good prices....Hotel is situated not far from a KFC and Mcdonalds and a small shopping centre (15 minute walk). Alicante town comes to life after 8pm with plenty of nice shops and restaurants and the beach and Marina are not far away from the main shopping area. We used taxis to and from town as its quite a walk but you can also catch the 23 bus from outside the hotel.We enjoyed our stay and it's an ideal base to explore Alicante town whilst not being in the hussle and bustle of the town centre.A+ for service and a short relaxing stay.   The hotel staff are pleasant and breakfast was good. What is not clear is the hotel is on a major fast road. No obvious bus stops. We had to take taxis everywhere. Also I mislaid/left my jacket in the room and have been trying to get it back. 4 emails, two messages, 2 phone calls and they refuse to help.
