    Great week with friends here at Saphir hotel!

    The hotel is great, I especially enjoyed talking with bartender Yasin, near the diamond bar, really great guy. The hotel was really good aswell, food has big variety of things to choose from, it’s also very delicious. Would really recommend going gere with friends or family or alone, as you will deffinatey find friends here

    We have been to Turkey 4times each trip was good but this one was terrible rooms filthy food inedible no one to complain to we saw our rep twice first when we arrived then at airport when we were leaving the worst 2 weeks of my life never again !!

    Stayed here for 2 weeks in September and had to constantly ask reception to change my towels and clean my room in the end they cleaned it 3 times in 2 weeks disgraceful I would never stay here again and certainly would not recommend the place!

    We were looking forward to returning to this hotel 9 years before it was lovely However in September we returned to a horrible place room was not cleaned had to get our own towels and bedsheets and bin emptied once! Complained nothing on the Monday afternoon we stayed and went in the pool which is ok are are the grounds however after returning to the pool 300 lira had been stolen out of hubby’s wallet and hotel rung the police we found out only later this was rife in the hotel ,when we arrived home my wife noticed a new tee shirt of mine was missing out of the dirty case we put dirty stuff in a Fred Perry that had cost 50 please don’t stay here it spoilt our break and the thought of someone going threw our things upset my wife deeply

    They still have not emptied my bin (which is full of used toilet tissue,the toilet itself is leaking,still not changed my sheets I've been here 6 days and still have another 9 long miserable days to go,my room is starting to stench and there are ants in my bed
