The dining area includes 3 restaurants and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. The menu also offers diet meals and children's meals. The hotel also offers special catering options. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Beautiful hotel, newly renovated. The beach decking area is stunning, very relaxing and comfortable. The staff are fantastic, especially Yücel, who went above and beyond each day to make our holiday special. The pool area is immaculate, gorgeous double cushioned beds with large umbrellas make this area truly relaxing. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this beautiful setting on the beach. A must stay in Bitez. We will be back!     we found ourselves in an unexpected experience having to disembark our cruise due to a medical emergency. The hospital recommended and booked us into the Ambrosia whilst awaiting surgery & afterwards, how thankful are we! All the staff were so helpful and considerate of our needs, so polite and made us feel so welcome and helped us in so many ways. Yas especially was amazing and definitely went above and beyond to assist and accommodate our requirements, and we cannot fault any of the front of house team. The hotel itself was immaculate and rooms extremely comfortable. The pool area with huge sunbeds and sunshades was a peaceful place for relaxation. The beach bar and restaurant area provided excellent fresh food, prompt service both on the beach and within the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble. Eugene made us feel so welcome, greeted us every time with a smile and hug/handshake and friendly banter, such a diamond and an asset to their hospitality team. All the staff in the bar/restaurant, to the spa team and even the technical services team made us feel so welcome, we just cannot fault our stay. Would highly recommend staying in this beautiful place. Heartfelt HUGE thanks to everyone there who made a very worrying stressful time for us into a memorable pleasurable experience.     Great spot for Winter

    Customer service in this hotel is excellent. Yasmin the hotel manager could not do enough for us. Spa facilities were excellent. Indoor pool ideal for a winter stay. About 40 mins taxi ride from Bodrum airport. Hotel has Netflix so once you have an account of you can sign into your tv. Breakfast was superb and breakfast staff amazing. The place was empty ( uk / Irish Feb midterm ) . A few minutes stroll to restaurants on the beach which were mostly open even though hardly anyone around.Rooms are a little dated. Patio door was banging in the wind and a little TLC is needed in bathroom.     Perfect location, coastal area away from all the noise. Stunning reception and a clean and large beach. Also comfortable sunbeds, especially compared to others I’ve used before in different hotels.     I’ve just returned from a week in the Ambrosia and cannot recommend this hotel enough. We arrived late at night. Reception were helpful and our bags were taken to our room for us. The room was wonderfully clean with an amazing view over the pool and beach (room 104). It was a little small for three of us sharing, but manageable. The facilities at the hotel are great. Never had an issue getting a sunbed, and towels and pillows are provided on the sunbeds around the pool. Breakfast is great. Lots of choice and a chef to make you fresh eggs and omelettes at your request. The staff are helpful and accommodating and allowed us a late check out at no extra cost. Special shout out for Eugene, Jacob and Suleman in the beach front bar/restaurant. They were friendly, attentive and respectful, especially to my mum who is in her 80s. They really looked after us.My only niggle, and it is minor, is that housekeeping left us two towels instead of three so I had to find them to ask for more on a number of occasions during the week. That said, the room was cleaned daily and was always immaculate. And I wouldn’t even knock half a point off for the towel issue when the rest of the stay was so good. Definitely worth a visit.
