  Everyone is so pleasant and attentive!! We had a small problem and they took care of it quickly with kindness and professionalism. Our room is so quiet and pretty. The breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious! And all the decorations are so cool - in the lobby and the rooms. Highly recommend Eskiceshme!!   Excellent choice and location

  The hotel is a pleasant surprise, the design is cool and all you need if you are not needing a pool and beach in the premises. Location is walking to the bodrum marina and market. The staff is very friendly, especiall Yuksel at the checkin desk.   4 nights at this lovely boutique hotel with great staff

  4 star style boutique hotel with super friendly attentive staff. Close to the marina and restaurants A fifteen walk to the castle. Nice large room and top notch Turkish breakfast. Bed was comfy.   A very well located hotel, clean and comfortable.The breakfast buffet is very well stocked.A pity that there is no freshly ground coffee or tea, these are served from a flask, a big disappointment.Reception staff not familiar with greeting and welcoming guests, the morning shift at reception was very unprofessional, she made you feel like you should not be there. Very poor customer care and definitely no attempt to bring you back...   We arrived at the hotel and were very well welcomed. The hotel is in an excellent location, near the marina and a short walk into town. Our room was clean and felt very luxurious. But, It is a pity as I come from a hospitality background, I will fault some experiences.1, in this day and age for such a beautiful hotel, you should provide fresh ground coffee and freshly brewed tea. My americano came at an extra cost, It is not the cost that disappointed me it's the principal, the ever-lasting memory.2 the morning receptionist could not be bothered to welcome us at all, not even ask how was our stay until I asked her for a trip advisor card.the bell boy as they call him, was very helpful and professional, along with the breakfast serving staff. A lovely hotel in the heart of Bodrum. But the welcome by the morning shift at reception is very poor, people pay to stay and the welcome or send off should be more professional.
