  Absolute disgusting hotel, arrived at 5.30 left at 7pm,room.was disgusting, not set up for our arrival, no towels, toilet rolls, dirty used toilet roll in bin, bed was not twin, cockcroaches on veranda. And in view of Covid no sanitizer stations, hard to distinquish who was staff and who was customers! Not a nice hotel at all. Walk down back alley past bins cats etc to find beach and amenities

  Been waiting a while to write an honest review so here goes. Others mention poor food and the state of the rooms and they're true; see photos.BUT; if its cheap, near town and beach, and staff are pleasant then most is forgivable.Tenda is aimed at Turkish local visitors so don't expect Paris/London four-star, drinks were OK, aircon (necessary) was free and we had a fun holiday. Take it for what it is, enjoy the pools and sun, and you should be OK!

  My wife and I arrived there on a Saturday, the staff could not speak English very well.We were shown to our room a Dungeon would be a better would for it. no view in the basement. On looking at the beds the mattresses were falling apart, I have thrown better out on the 11th night bonfire. sleeping on the floor was softer.We got moved to a different room near the pool and a view Plus side we got WiFi were we were as you need it as the tv dont work.Food was the same all week nothing for the English, we eat out most nights.The hotel was full of Russians. Danger the water slide steeps were collapsing, I stood on one and it bent in half, the plastic surrounds around the pool were missing. Outside our room was an electric box with lose wires, the door was left open all week.Every English couple I spoke to though the same is was crap. It needs a lot of money spent on it to bring it up to 1* let alone 4*. The photos were not the same as in the web site a few couples said this all they are years out of date.

  This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life it is absolutely nothing lik the pictures it is filthy nothing works the food is always cold and disgusting the staff are rude and no one speaks English they don’t have butter milk ketchup sprite nothing!! Cockroaches everywhere holes in doors thick lime scale in bathroom no bath plug tv does not work the list is endless please do not waste ur money you will be truly disappointed

  I want to be as fair as possible. We booked this as a very cheap all inclusive holiday a lot cheaper than high st prices. But to be honest it really wasn’t worth it. Full of unfriendly rude Russians who push in front of queues. The food is the same disgusting crap everyday. No omelettes for breakfast. Just greasy hot dog sausages and cold chips from the night before. The rooms are good sized but in desperate need of a decoration. The air conditioning is so. Okay sleep is difficult. The hygiene of the fridge in the room was terrifying. The safety around the pool areas and electrics were terrifying. All in all shocking. The bar consists of one local beer where you have to queue for ages unless you’re a blonde Russian girl then you get served quickly. None of the staff give a toss about the hotel or their jobs. There’s no pride. There’s no entrance to the hotel other than driving up a back road which is covered in old litter and food and stinks. The other access is a dirt road again with piles of rotting rubbish. No ice cream for kids on the all inc. no butter. So many issues with food. But if you like salad you’ll be fine. Any children who are picky eaters will starve in this hell hole. The coffee machine boasts tea coffee capachino and mocha and chocolate but never had anything other than tea coffee and hot water. Drinks continually run out as does food. When we ask about more they shake their heads and say finished. Disgustingly lead hotel. You should be ashamed of yourselves. It pays to spend a little more on a holiday and I’ve learnt this lesson well now. When booking be careful. This hotel changes its name every year because it’s so terrible.
