    We came as a couple and this was our first experience at this hotel. The sleep quality was good, the service was good, but the cleanliness could be a little better. The pool and beach are average. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the center. It's a good place for a holiday, but the food quality was inadequate and tasted bad. It could have been better quality and cleaner. We mostly had to eat out.     Hello, we stayed at this hotel two years ago, but it's not the same anymore. The food is poor quality, cold, and the appetizers smelled bad; the salads were poorly washed, and the grilled meats were raw. They recommended the terrace restaurant next to the small pool inside the hotel. The kitchen is dirty, and the staff's uniforms and cleanliness are terrible. The hotel is nice, but the food is poor quality, not like it used to be.     We had a great stay at the Jasmin beach hotel. Staff are so friendly and very welcoming, they will do anything and everything to help you and make sure your stay at the Jasmin beach hotel is the best it can be. The views and atmosphere there is fantastic. We also visited the terrace restaurant with delicious food and the staff. Jimmy, Nigel were brillant very polite and also will do anything and everything in there will power to make sure your happy with food & drink. Big thank you from me & the family.
