    Actual condition in Sept 2022 of this place are corresponding to 1* or 2* maximum. Recent negative reviews are absolutely correct in all aspects. Meal was terribly simple and low cost and just same all the time 3 times per day.The only solution for us was to leave and pay other hotel near by (MyElla). Surprisingly rated by 4 * as well but level was rather 5*.Local staff in Blue white was probably demotivated by season finish today and giving up for everything. They even fail to call us a taxi for our transfer to MyElla. Even if I asked them in advance - no taxi was available for us. What a surprise and shame when we walked 1,5 km with lugage and passing small taxi station where 3 taxi drivers were laying on the bench waiting customers. This hotel require closure and immediate huge investment or re-rating as 1 star hotel.

    The whole place is not like in the brochure / website pictures, well maybe it was 10 years ago!!Rooms, pool, eating areas, beach, well basically everything old and dirty generally unsafe and unhygienic! Staff dont care, they suggest to go elsewhere!!Stray dogs leaving things around the place! Not safe for kids or anyone!The pictures will show all. We luckily moved after 12 hours.Don't book this, you have been warned!!

    Very Basic Hotel. Breakfast is awful unless you want veg & salad, 1 type of cereal and warm milk. Lunch and dinner is very much the same stuff every day and if u have fussy children they won’t eat at all. Staff don’t speak to you at all but speak to all Turkish guests. Snack time is burger and chips which are ok to eat. 4pm the staff get all the men together to play ball in the pool it gets very rough and you end up having to leave the pool. Rooms aren’t cleaned well and toilet roll and towels not replaced. Your in the middle of no where. Can walk to Turgutries which is a 40/45min walk where you will find nice food places and plenty of shops (or get a taxi at around 75/80 lira)One tiny shop at hotel that you can buy basics at. No lifeguards at pool and most of the people here are rude and push in front at slides when they are actually on for 2 hours a day. The views are beautiful here and i plenty of water sports if that’s your thing. No other english family’s here at all, after speaking to some shop oweners in Turgutreis this hotel is only ever really full of turkish people. I would AVOID here if you want to make friends and have children that would like to play with other children.

    If you see a pictures take it taht is it like 6-10 old so imagine the current status. Rooms just terible with lot of dirt and damaged furniture. Sponges all around the bathrooms and also especiali around clitization area on the walls. The meals are just simple. As we are speeking about all inclusive every avarage person can cook better menus than this staff. Location of the hotel to the sea is really windy due to the possition where beach is open to the sea. Constantly windy with lot of dirts on beach and low swiming or even diving options.

    Great holiday for the second year

    Having just arrived back in the uk from club blue white I can safely say for the second year running we have a brilliant time. The new manager this year has done a great job with this place keeping everything running smoothly. Food is quite traditional with a bit of international thrown in. Plenty of choice. Being all inclusive at a very reasonable price it’s sad to see reviews that knock this place, the views from the beach and pool area are amazing.. The cleaners did a good job of keeping the rooms and restaurant clean and tidy, the pool and bar areas were cleaned regularly during the day which also was a big improvement on last year We are hoping to return again next year when hopefully the manager will be able to sort the lack hot water problem. Any problem or request was dealt with professionally and quickly. keep up the good work.
