    This hotel surpassed all our expectations. Paid 600GBP for 2 people for 11 days, breakfast included. The hotel is brand new, and everything is extremely clean. The wifi connection is excellent. The air conditioner also works perfectly. The pool and the pool area are spotless. The service is so friendly and helpful, all staff were absolutely lovely. It is a 7 min walk to a sandy beach with superb cafes and restaurants. The sea is also crystal clear and sandy!

    We stayed for 2 nights as a couple. The hotel was great except the reception staff. A little bit hospitability and a smiling face would feel us much more welcomed. Hopefully other staff was much more welcoming and friendly. Pool and it's side was looking great but we couldn't have a chance to enjoy it. Breakfast was very good and fresh from field.

    Arrived early hours of the morning was presently surprised ,the hotel is exactly as expected clean and looked after beautifully by the staff who work there the pool side is so relaxing the food that we had from the restaurant was lovely the breakfast were vast loads to choose from with something different daily added , staff spoke a little English but we don't go on holiday to listen to English we get enough of that at home and we got by as the boss spoke quite good English and was very helpful when we made an enquiry would definatly recommend this hotel a BIG thank you to all the staff who looked after us .The hotel is a short walk from the beach or they will take you down by car the bus station is also a short walk away and you can go almost any where for 5 lira (£1.25) we loved them just got on any a bus and went round all the nearby villages and there are some stunning ones around the area and great restaurants to try, bodrum is the hustle and bustle loads of shopping be prepared to barter for your goods the restaurants too are lovely and find the cake shop it's brilliant and the ice creams are so refreshing. over all this is a brilliant hotel that in the midst of a beautiful area is a inexpensive place to sleep and relax after a day of traveling around .

    Stayed 5 days pool is spotlessly clean, garden, hammocks and sunbeds are lovely and well kept, rooms spotless, modern and with comfortable beds and immaculate bedding, breakfast was great and the breakfast staff are super attentive, housekeeping was great lovely quality toiletries slippers and fantastic shower much more like a four star plus than three that it's rated, ten min walk to bus station gundogan is lovely will definitely stay again regular 30 min bus to Bodrum takes 25 mins

    Good stay in a new clean hotel. Rooms were a little small but everything, from the pool to the ping pong table was shiny and new. Fast wifi, helpful staff. Not a lot of English spoken but enough to get by. Liona has a sister property on the water, so hotel guests here can use beach facilities there.
