  Convenient for visiting the Hamburg Hafen area.

  Best breakfast I've had in Germany. Yes, it was unexpected that a little 3 star hotel that seems to be parked in the middle of a cheap housing estate and shares a parking lot with a low cost supermarket would offer one of the best breakfasts in terms of variety and quality, but Leonardo Elbebruken does just that. A great way to start your days. The rooms are also spacious and well appointed. However please note there is no airconditioning and the summer are humid. A note on the photos - all though they are not untruthful, they are very much more flattering than the real thing.Pros: Rooms, Breakfast, free parkingCons: Surroundings, no A/C.   Don’t expect compassion if you have to cancel before your arrival. I prepaid for two nights but owing to a family emergency I had to cancel. This bunch of cowboys won’t consider a refund even though I wasn’t due to arrive for another nine days and, unlike their competitors, choose to hide behind ‘ policies’ rather than show a human side and bend the rules. Anyway, given the mediocre reviews, I suggest looking elsewhere for accommodation. These folk have TAKEN MY MONEY and don’t care one scrap. This is not how business works in the 21st Century, especially given what people can say truthfully on social media.   Worst night in a hotel ever

  I arrived at the hotel late to an old shaddy garage where trash was filling several places. When I got to the room it was so hot that it was impossible to sleep, so I called the reception to get another room. The girl in the reception informed me that there had been problems with the air conditioning for more than a week. It was not an option to open the windows as there is a heavy trafficked road just next to the hotel. So no sleep that night :-(

  This hotel is old, dilapidated and is in need of maintenance. The surrounds of the hotel is overgrown with weeds and trash and cigarette buds scattered everywhere. I was unfortunate enough to stay in a room that someone has smoked in and smelled like an ashtray. Noise: The hotel is situated between some council type flats, a railway and the highway. Noise is a constant and with walls paper thin do not expect to get any sleep, ever.Although the staff try to be helpful, there are a lot of issues. I had no hot water for a day. The daily cleaning leaves a lot to be desired, my room trash and used cups were never collected during routine cleaning.The restaurant is decent, but I found it expensive (you cand better food, cheaper in the city centre).The convenience store downstairs is probably the nicest perk of the area, not that its affiliated with the hotel in any way. I will not stay here again, and cant recommend it to anyone.

  Nice and clean hotel. The room was big and comfortable.The staff on the reception was really friendly and helpful.Good breakfast.The hotel is located far away from the city centre in the area where there are a lot of construction works so walking can be quite challenging.
