    It was amazing vacay we loved it the service was great and the food was very delicious the rooms are amazing and we really appreciate how much Mrs Idil the amabasssador she was taking care of us and for Mrs Hiba with her positive energy every morning and spoke frensh so it was very easy for us to communicate and chat with her the rest of the staff were also kind one always mandarin is the best service ever

    The hotel is well located in an exclusive area, the experience was great and the customer service was excellent. Room was spacious and offered very luxurious amenities. I like to compliment all staff, with special thanks to Şevval Eyigün (the Guest Experience Ambassador) for making a great stay at Mandarin Oriental Bodrum. A Chinese friend who accidentally loss her mobile phone in the taxi during her ride from the Mandarin Oriental Bodrum to the Bodrum Castle. I contacted Sevval for her help to reach out the taxi driver, the Concierge team was very efficiently helpful and also special thanks to the kind taxi driver (T6809) for his quick retrieve and found the phone at the back of the seat.     My sister and I received wonderful service from all the staff. Emircan has treated us with so much warmth and attention, we have been very grateful. Sinem and Bekir have also greeted us every morning and made ours stay wonderful, and made us feel very welcome. At the blue beach Yesim took great care of us as well. We highly recommend this resort especially for the lovely and friendly staff.
