  Hello, my friend and I entered this hotel in September of the year 2021For seven nights, everything in my opinion was excellent from the beach, from the sea view, cleaning the rooms, etc. But I had a big accident that I shared with the hotel, but the smallest They did not react. A person from the hotel animation group named Mustafa karaduman talked to me in love on the last day and asked me to see each other after my return to another city. They arranged the program in such a way that they have less than One thousand two hundred liras for this trip I sent the money to them and they deceived me and blocked me from all cyberspace. I wanted to say never go to this hotel. All the people in this hotel are thieves and swindlers and at any moment you may fall into the trap of one of them.   Even though it's a 5 start hotel, the quality doesn't go beyond 3 star,the reason for 3 is the beach is excellent.FOOD: Near terrible.CLEANNESS : Again near terrible. Everywhere was dirty, no ashtrayers around, you are given a cartoon with some water to use as. STAFF: They are nice and trying hard but hotel is completely understaffed except the animation team.ANIMATIONS: Although they were 6, their productivity could be achieved by 2. BEACH: Excellent, however in the peak time you will have hard time to find free sunbeds. ROOM: Stayed in sea view one, it's wide but old and needs refurbishment. A/C was almost doing nothing and room was hot all the time. Why the hell someone have to knock your door at 9am in the morning and ask if you would like your room to be cleaned? Simple badges with DND/CLEAN isn't that hard. Greenheads everywhere, everyone was bitten. Please stay away from this hotel.

  The climate is nice, the location of hotel is ok(4€ from Bodrum by taxi), the sea is nice and clean (you can see fish), the beach is nice (send and small stones) but rather small with 11 parasols and with 50 sun-beds. The music is too laud and mostly Turkish so forget about sleeping or reading by the sea. Although this is not 18+ hotel, it is not child friendly at all. No toboggan, no food nor any animation for children during the day, only one small pool for children up to 3y. There is a child room for drowning but it was not working when we were there until the last day. Animation for adults during the day is poor (aquabic for 10min, picado, football) and it’s discriminatory towards children who are not involved at all and only can watch. The food is mostly the same everyday and due to the COVID restrictions there is no self service so you should wait for to be served for 25 minuts for salat in the long line where nobody wares a mask and no distance at all. You should search for clean table and fork yourself. Several times cooler in dinning room was not turned on for some reason so people got nervous and angry. If you don’t want to wait in the long line you can eat hamburgers with French fries, ice cream and pita from 12-17h on the beach everyday.There is no DO NOT DISTURB sign so no long sleep in the morning since the cleaning lady and minibar Person are knocking.The hygiene could be much better.If you loose something and report to the reception they say if they find it they will leave it in your room, but actually they will not pass the information and no one will search for it so you should do it your self. If you report unsatisfaction to the guest relation desc nothing will change. The staff is kind but they don’t speak English. I was pleasantly surprised that the market and souvenir shop in the hotel are cheaper than in Bodrum. The Taxi drivers are mostly fair and speak English.If you already paid for this hotel don’t get upset enjoy the sea and weather.

  We stayed in this hotel for a week. Sea and seaside was very cool but I would say rooms and food wasn’t very sufficient(there are not much varieties). In overall we were satisfied with our stay. The activities were also fun with animation team.

  The worst hotel ever.

  The location is nice, but that is the only good thing. Hotel is old and dirty. One small pool, dirty, too. The staff doesn't speak English, they serve Turkish first, the rest has to wait. The lack of beer, alcohol and Cola (sic!) was on the agenda. WiFi is poor, just in the main building and by the pool. Everyday the same food for breakfast and lunch.Disaster, don't go there!!!
