    Great boat trip by the Brothers boat from My Ella

    We visited the area and walked past the hotel. Outside we saw a stand advertising boat trips, the boat was called The Brothers boat. We chatted to Hakan who told us all about the boat trip and the hotel. We were very impressed, Hakan was polite and professional. We booked the boat trip with him for the following day. We picked up the boat in Turgutreis marina around 10.30am. The boat was in superb condition, the crew were fantastic. Hakan came onto the boat to make sure everybody was happy. The boat was lively and great fun. The drinks prices were very reasonable. We set off over to a small island opposite, after 30 minutes for a swim we headed off into aquarium bay. We had lunch which was delicious with good portion size. After lunch we had a couple more stops for swimming and relaxing. We sat on the upper deck and the cushions were super comfortable. The toilets were clean and tidy but the crew were fantastic.     This is the first time staying at this hotel and has been good so far as the entertainment staff have been very friendly, especially Ronaldo. He would check up on us to make sure everything is okay and if we need anything he will be there. However the reception staff have not been welcoming at all. Any issues we have we get turned away. We had issues with the room and we spoke to the staff and they refused to move the room saying they are full, the hotel wasn’t busy at all. Overall it has been really good other than the room issue.     This is our second time coming to this hotel and it was definitely memorable however the reception staff don’t communicate very well and just turn you away. The animations team is very welcoming and friendly they make sure your looked after and have a good laugh.
