  Dont even bother!! Disgusting!

  Not what i expected! Arrive at the hotel that looked run down from the outside, to be put in a flat not attached to the hotel but on site because there was no rooms. The flat was a disgrace, broken windows, electrical wires hanging out of the walls and the cupboards ready to fall off. The next day we was moved into the main hotel, which was suppost to be a promo room with air con and a sea view balcony. Sea view balcony yes, aircon no, you would switch it on and the electrics in the room blew, you had to manually flick the main electrical switch, which was not covered. The bathroom was small there was only cold water, which flooded the bathroom everytime you had a shower. The front door frame to the room wobbled didnt feel safe. Then you had the food! Well this was very very poor. Cold rice and pastas poor choice, you could only eat at certain times, very bad for an all inclusive. The alcohol was watered down and the bar staff admitted this towards the end of the week. Dont be fooled by the photos, they are around 15 years old, dont waste ypur time with on the beach, they dont support you, they delay their responses and they dont view the hotels, they rely on photos from the hotel. When this was brough to their attention they always tell you "you should of called us" even though ypu are unable to contact them until after your holiday. Even the hotel rep asked "why did you book toncome here?" Lovely hot sun and views but dont be fooled by the fake advertisement its not what you get!

  Today is our 4th day of 7 and we haven't found one thing positive about this hotel! We were at first put into a broom cupboard of a room! On the ground floor after booking a room with a balcony! We were then offered a better room and then they charged us £200 for the previlage! The lift is constantly out of service! Even the staff are scared of it! And have now blocked it off! And that is just the room saga!! I have just read all the previous reviews some dating back to 2017/2018 and nothing has changed! I would agree with every negitive this said! The food is totally ineadable, luke warm slop which doesnt change from day today! There is so much sugar in every drink from the machines, so as a diabectic i can't have a drink! And as previously menchioned in other posts once you complain on one speaks English or understands! Room cleaning only consists of emptying the bins! When we settled into the newer room, our TV didn't work! (Under different circomstances that wouldn't have been a problem) but we asked for it to be fixed so we could watch the Queens Funeral and its now Wednesday and nothing has been done! We did go into a bar to watch in the end! (Highly recomend "Cool Runnings!) Ricks Place is also a must! The only positive thing is the Weather! The all inclusive is a joke all watered down drinks and very limited offerings! Extra small plastic cups which are about a 3rd of a pint and you have to pay for anything nice! This hotel doesn't deserve any star ratings at all! I would seriously avoid this hotel at all costs!!!Just one there thing to note!! If you use "On The Beach' Promo in Turkey doesn't mean promotion! We have had some really good deals in the past but promo in Turkey means economy!

  One of the worst “hotel” experience in my entire life.

  We made a reservation from Tatilbudur.com agency and paid for one night stay in July. When we arrived at the hotel, they said that we did not have a reservation. While trying to call the agency and solve the problem, the general manager of the hotel told us that we had to wait until 3 pm when time was 11am. after an hour of waiting we were placed in a dirty room. They gave another clean room at 8 pm. the food is a disgrace, all the alcoholic drinks are fake. non-tax-label drinks….staff is untrained. no one in the hotel speaks english. How can a hotel like this stay open? I don't understand how people go.

  No blanket covers in hotel

  I was in this hotel in March. There was no blanket in my room while it was cold outside. Even nothing to cover myself. So I asked for blanket. The stoned guy brought me one without covering. I asked to cover blanket. He could not understand first because he was so stoned and barely could speak. After several attempts he understood and said they don't have it in the hotel at all. So he just brought me blanket without any covering. And I don't know where he took it since he was very surprised that I even asked for blanket! Because, as he said, normally their guests sleep without them. Whaaaat?

  Every one is really friendly specially the animator he is really nice and friendly hotel is clean room is clean and comfortable it was one of the best 10 days I've ever had . If u are coming to bodrum u must stay in this hotel u will have a lot of fun .
