Location

The hotel enjoys a seafront location overlooking Torba Bay and is just 600 m from the centre of Torba. The cosmopolitan resort of Bodrum is 8 km away and easily reached by public transport. Milas-Bodrum Airport is about 35 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 4 junior suites and 46 double rooms located in a 2-storey main building and an auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. Guests of the hotel are welcome to relax in the garden.     Beautiful location let down by poor service and management

    We held our wedding reception at Hotel Torbahan in August after looking for a family-run, boutique style venue over a large hotel. When we first visited Hotel Torbahan, we fell in love with its stunning location and envisioned our perfect wedding day there. The beautiful setting and quality food initially made us feel we'd found something truly special.Sadly, what should have been the happiest day of our lives was marred by numerous issues that left us and our some of our loved ones feeling let down.Things got off to a bad start soon after signing our wedding contract. The hotel tried to add an unexpected 10% service charge and kept pushing for the fees throughout and after our celebration. Two of our guest families - people we care deeply about - had to scramble to find other accommodation despite us raising their booking problems months earlier. It was heartbreaking to see our friends and family dealing with broken air conditioning that never got fixed, excessive bar charges that blindsided our guests, and some services we'd specifically agreed were missed. (What happened to the cake cutting ceremony!!??) Perhaps most upsetting was that our bridal suite was unusable due to AC problems, and our guests were uncomfortable when staff asked them directly for tips - even approaching me personally during our reception.We genuinely wanted to love and recommend this sweet hotel. We reached out privately first, hoping to get acknowledgment and validation at least, but received no response - which hurts even more than the original problems given the initial enthusiasm of the hotel owners.While most of our guests enjoyed the entertainment and make the best of the evening, these issues cast a shadow over what should have been a perfect celebration of our love.-Posted after no response from management to direct private feedback.

    A Gem on Torba beach.

    Fabulous gem of a hotel. Beautiful location, great staff and great facilities. Highly recommended for a quiet and peaceful stay away from the busy busy main city of Bodrum. A more relaxing place to stay. Nice views of the bay and the marina.The hotel has a beautiful pool and access to the sea via its own sunbathing pier where you can enjoy the sun, sea and sea breezes.

    Peaceful stay in a nice and quiet area with a local vibe. The hotel has charming areas for relaxation and beautiful greenery. All staff were very serviceminded and helpful. Our room had some hacks which you don’t expect as the room rate is quite high - like tv not working, the door to the balcony couldn’t be locked. Breakfast was plentiful, omelets and fried eggs were made on request. Great beach deck with a serviced bar. In the evening the deck was made into a restaurant. In addition there are 5-6 local restaurants by the sea within a short walk. A couple of small minimarkets, and that’s it.

    We stayed at this lovely Hotel for a week and the trip culminated in our daughter being married there.The staff were great in every way, making our stay a fond memory for the rest of our lives. The design and location of the hotel, right by the sea, made this a perfect location for the wedding. A guy called Emre from the staff was particularly helpful.Also the owners of the hotel made us feel very welcome.     Torbahan Hotel is a hidden gem in Turba, situated by the sea with stunning architecture. It is incredibly romantic and peaceful. I recently hosted my son's engagement party here, and they truly exceeded our expectations by taking Turkish hospitality to a whole new level. I am grateful for making our special day unforgettable. Jasmin, along with her mother and the rest of the staff, are exceptionally caring. I adore this hotel and am eagerly looking forward to my next visit. See you soon!
