  Comfortable Family Holiday Let Down by Service

  We recently stayed at the hotel with our two children and had a mixed experience overall.On the positive side, the accommodation was excellent. We stayed in one of the Garden Annex rooms, which was very spacious, comfortable, and ideal for a family. The location was also convenient, being close to both Candyland and the main hotel facilities.The lunch and snack restaurants were enjoyable, with good-quality food and a pleasant variety of options. Unfortunately, the main restaurant at dinner was a significant disappointment. The food selection felt very repetitive throughout our stay, with limited variety and not enough options compared to what we expected.The biggest drawback was the overall level of service. Many staff members appeared poorly informed about the hotel’s amenities and services, and responses to questions or requests were often slow or unhelpful. There seemed to be a lack of communication and training across several departments.That said, I would like to give special recognition to Furkan on the beach team, who consistently went above and beyond. He was attentive, professional, friendly, and genuinely made an effort to ensure guests had a great experience. His service stood out and was one of the highlights of our stay.Overall, the hotel has great accommodation and some strong facilities, but improvements in food variety and staff training would make a significant difference to the guest experience.

  Avoid – Serious Water, Service and Food Safety Issues

  The location is the only good thing about this hotel. During our stay, the water was cut off twice, there was no hot water at all, and the water pressure was extremely poor. Public restroom sinks were also not working and had reportedly been broken for days. The hotel is clearly understaffed, service was very poor, and restaurant orders often never arrived. Most concerning, my daughter was served undercooked chicken with visible blood. Despite multiple complaints, nothing was done. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Unpleasant experience

  ★☆☆☆☆Unfortunately, our stay did not live up to the expectations set by the hotel’s rating, reputation, or price point.Although the room appeared acceptable upon arrival, maintaining it throughout our stay proved challenging. Despite multiple requests for housekeeping, cleaning was inconsistent and several concerns remained unresolved. The room itself felt dated, and we experienced recurring issues with both the television and air conditioning.We also found the overall guest experience frustrating at times. Transportation within the resort was frequently delayed, communication was often unclear, and obtaining updates or follow-up on reported issues required repeated effort. While some staff members were helpful, we felt that responsiveness and customer care were lacking when assistance was needed.What disappointed us most was not any single issue, but the accumulation of small problems combined with the limited resolution provided despite raising our concerns on several occasions.Every guest’s experience will be different, but based on our own stay, we did not feel we received the level of service and attention typically associated with a resort in this category.Regrettably, we would not choose to stay here again and would be hesitant to recommend it to families or travellers seeking a smooth and relaxing holiday experience.

  I would like to leave a review for Vogue Supreme Hotel Bodrum. Our stay left us with mixed feelings, as there were both great moments and clear downsides in terms of service.On the positive side, we really enjoyed the Candyland area! The animators there are wonderful, and the kids absolutely loved it. We would also like to commend the restaurant staff — it is clear that they work very hard and do their best.However, the hotel service definitely needs improvement. First of all, there were a lot of ants in our room. Secondly, when our own iron broke, we asked for a replacement. They provided one but took it away after just two days, even though we had two more days of vacation left. Thirdly, the reception staff forgot to give us towel cards. This caused terrible confusion: at some spots, towels were handed out freely, while at others, cards were strictly required.We give a big plus to Candyland and the restaurants, but the management should pay closer attention to room cleanliness and reception performance.

  If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would.I stayed at the Vogue Supreme Hotel for a friend’s stag do and it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that customer service is simply not a priority here. At check-in, we were given no information whatsoever, no meal times, no explanation of facilities, no guidance on anything. We constantly had to go back to reception just to find out basic information that should have been provided in the first place.The room was unacceptable. The shower water ran brown, there were no towels provided, and even the in-room phones were not working because they had no battery. On top of that, the rooms looked nothing like the misleading photos advertised online.Housekeeping was a joke. Staff would turn up at around 6pm, when we were already back in the room, and even then rooms were not properly cleaned unless we repeatedly asked. It felt like everything was done reluctantly, if at all.Service throughout the hotel was painfully slow and disorganised. There were never any buggies available, we waited hours just to get drinks, and once had to wait around 30 minutes for something as basic as a knife and fork. Everything felt chaotic and poorly managed.When issues were raised, management did very little to help other than offering access to a restaurant that was also extremely disappointing. Drinks tasted watered down, adding to the overall sense of low quality and cost-cutting everywhere.To top it all off, I left personal belongings behind and the hotel showed no real effort or willingness to help retrieve them.Overall, this hotel was completely below any acceptable standard. It is misleading, poorly run, and I would strongly advise others not to waste their money here. I would never return.
