  Muhe (reception /owner) is the best! He arranged last min horse riding for us and even picked us up from our previous tour. Breakfast freshly made by the Muhe's family. The room is big and clean. Wake up at 630hrs then you could see hot air balloons from the rooftop.

  Amazing rooftop view if you want to watch the balloons. Great little breakfast.Staff were very accommodating, went out of there way to organize trips, dinner bookings and Ballon rides. Would give them 10 🌟

  Friendly staff, nice hotel and reasonable pricing

  We stayed at this hotel in December, 2019 and found it to be very comfortable and reasonable for its price. The staff was super friendly and helped us book our day tours. The location was very close to the city center and that saved us a lot in transportation. I would definitely recommend others to stay here.

  we booked a room included breakfast ,the hotel has good location in goreme, and close to downtown and the in front side of hotel has nice view and the room was comfortable and cozy that was the positive side, the negative side was that they have few options for breakfast and if you want to get omelet you should pay extra monye for it, the arrangements for activities were moderat, some of them like make reservation for horseback riding and quad safari were good and other activity like hot air ballon was bad eventhough we paid in advance for hotel to make reservation for us , at first night they told us there is no available place, the second night they succeed to make reservation but unfortunately it was windy so its canceled to the next 2 day after, then they inform us that they couldn't manage to make reservation and they makes an excuse that many hotels have full reservation for hot air balloon!!!! in my opinion its make no sense because we had first priority and they returned the money back, and there is no room service neither telephone debra e, General Manager at Cappadocia View Hotel, responded to this review In our hotel's introduction message we advise guests to book their balloon flights in advance as space can often be limited due to the popularity of the flights, especially during peak season and holiday times. The weather is unpredictable in the winter months resulting in frequent cancellations of the balloon flights which leads to high demand for when they are eventually able to fly On your arrival and check-in our staff informed you balloon flights were available that afternoon and also the following morning. We advised to do the balloon flight earlier in your stay due to the forecast of bad weather later on, but it wasn't until the next day that you requested us to book a balloon flight for the following morning.We explained that we would try our best to find you a flight and a refundable payment would be used to secure your balloon flight if there was availability. We could not guarantee to find a flight at such short notice and it didn't mean that you would be given priority ahead of other guests who had already pre-booked their flights before arriving. We apologize if you misunderstood our information.We were able to book your balloon flight but as you say it was cancelled due to the weather which was very unfortunate and out of our control. The next day's flights were also cancelled so when we tried to book a flight for the morning of your departure, as expected, after 2 days of cancellations it was impossible to book as all the balloon companies were full. This was not an excuse but a reality as the majority of hotels were in the same position with no flights available and priority given to those guests/groups who had booked long in advance for the New Years Eve sunrise flight. We were lucky to find availability for an afternoon flight which the balloon companies organized due to the high demand resulting from the past couple of mornings of cancellations. Unfortunately this flight was also cancelled due to the weather and your money was refunded.It was very unlucky that you were unable to fly but please do not unfairly blame our staff/ hotel as we did our very best to find you balloon flights at short notice, over a busy holiday time and with cancellations of flights during your stay. We explained all this to you and hoped that you would return to Cappadocia another time for your balloon flight. You seemed to enjoy your experience at our hotel so we are very surprised by your review.

  I didn’t join any tour in Cappadocia so I needed to rely on the only public transport - bus , to travel around. I couldn’t find lots of information from the internet so I asked the lady in the front desk. She was so helpful and nice and patient to help. The other staff like the cleansing/kitchen ladies would love to help too although they were not capable to speak English.The room is beautiful and cozy.The only cons is all food provided in breakfast is cold. debra e, General Manager at Cappadocia View Hotel, responded to this review Thank you for your review. We now have Turkish and English speaking staff to assist our guests for any information they may require. We have reviewed at our breakfast options and have now added hot items to our buffet selection.
