Location

This hotel enjoys a quiet location and offers visitors a stunning view of the mountains. Countless shopping and entertainment venues are to be found in the vicinity. The nearest beach is approximately 4 km away and is easily reached with the hotel's own shuttle bus. Fethiye lies around 8 km and Dalaman airport is also within a short 60-minute drive of the hotel.

Facility

138 rooms, including 10 junior suites, 12 suites and 115 double rooms, are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The club has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included. The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing.     Once again excellent stay and value, booked again for 2 week in septStaff friendly and helpful from the minute we arrivedHad some probs with VERY noisy guests, running up snd down corridor’s at 3am shouting and banging. Phoned reception and dealt with immediatelyFood great as always and lots of choice. My fella had his teeth done when we were over and the restaurant were great with providing soft foods for himAgain the room was basic but very clean, the maid was lovelyThe pool areas are lovely, plenty of sun-beds and all day sun if you want it ( i think they should heat the kiddies pool thou 🥶) Entertainment was hit and miss as the full programme doesn’t start until June but Apu is always friendly & helpfulAll in all, i really don’t know why people slate this hotel. Yeah it ain’t the Hilton but you aren’t paying for the Hilton. A fabby hotel & great holidayCant wait for sept ❤️

    Falsely accused and publicly searched in front of our children

    We stayed at AES Club Hotel through and this was one of the most distressing holiday experiences we have ever had.I would strongly NOT recommend this hotel to families or anyone expecting basic professionalism and respect.The hotel facilities were below acceptable standards in terms of cleanliness, organisation, and overall maintenance. Service throughout our stay was inconsistent and staff behaviour was often unprofessional.The most serious incident happened when hotel staff falsely accused my family of stealing a kettle. Despite no evidence, we were searched twice and taken to an open concierge area where we were forced to open our luggage in front of other guests and, most importantly, in front of our children. This was humiliating and extremely distressing.The food was also very poor. Breakfast in particular was of very low quality, with limited choice and consistently disappointing standards.Service throughout the hotel was unprofessional, and staff behaviour was often unhelpful and dismissive.The most serious incident occurred when hotel staff falsely accused my family of stealing a kettle. Without any evidence, we were searched twice and taken to an open concierge area where we were forced to open our luggage in front of other guests and, most importantly, in front of our children. This was humiliating, intimidating, and deeply distressing.At one point, there was also pressure placed on us regarding payment for a missing item that we had never taken or even seen in our room since arrival.After both searches, nothing was found, confirming the accusation was completely false.The situation was made worse by the TUI representative, who did not support us and instead repeatedly referred to “hotel rules” rather than protecting guests from unjustified treatment.This experience completely ruined our holiday and caused significant distress to our family, especially the children.We have video evidence of the incident and an official complaint has been submitted to TUI. If this is disputed, we are prepared to provide full documentation and evidence.Based on our experience, we would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances, particularly for families.

    Great hotel and good value for money

    The staff were absolutely lovely and always chatty if approached, while also leaving you in peace if that’s what you preferred. A special shout-out goes to Ayberk in the restaurant — he was always friendly and a pleasure to meet. His English is not great and my Turkish is awful, but we managed to muddle through using a translator. He is a very pleasant young man and a credit to the hotel. Sammy, who works behind the bar, is hilarious; he likes to have fun with the guests and even does the kiddies’ disco with Apu. Reyna, who seems to work wherever she is required and is always courteous and up for a chat. The food was always plentiful but, like most all-inclusive hotels, it became very repetitive.The entertainment consisted of just four different themes that rotated throughout our stay. It was early in the season, but there were no external professional shows brought into the hotel. Having stayed for two weeks, the entertainment became quite tedious. There was a live magic show planned for our final night, but it was cancelled for bad weather and low numbers. However, Apu, the entertainment manager, always tried to get everyone involved in the daytime and evening activities.I would have not have a problem visiting this hotel again and would definitely recommend staying here, although I personally do not usually return to the same hotel twice, but for this place, I may make an exception. Overall, this was great value for money.

    Came here 06/05/2026 and we had the best time. Me, my partner and 3 kids. There was lots to do around the area for families. The atmosphere in the hotel was amazing. Food was delicious and the pool was a great size. The amenities were great. The staff were amazing too. They really made our stay a comfortable one. Apo the entertainment guy went out of his way to make all the kids feel comfortable and he made our experience the best we've ever had at a hotel. We will for sure miss him. All the other staff too. Everyone there was so welcoming and really went out of their way for their guests. The rooms were clean, and were cleaned daily. The only issue we had was the air conditioning at night was constantly creaking and it was really loud. I think the price we paid was very reasonable for the stay we had. We went all inclusive and there was multiple times during the day that we could go get snacks from the snack bar and meal times there was a great selection and this really added to the value of our stay. The views were amazing, the location was right in the middle of the mountains. Scenery was beautiful. The atmosphere in the whole hotel was great. There were lots of people who all got to know each other when passing in the lobbies, Hallways, restaurant etc. I would 100% recommend this hotel because it was overall a great experience. We hope to come and stay again soon.
