  WOW Another Great Visit !

  Thank you Sensatori Fethyiye for yet another great Holiday experience. We have been coming here about 10 years and it really does get better and better, the changes to the Main Buffet Resturant are truly amazing and completed in such a short time over the winter period, It’s just beautiful and World class!All the Management and Staff make this hotel, Aslihan, Mehmet and Gokhan who is new to the Management Team couldn’t be more helpful and attentive along with all the other members of the Management Team !! In the Main Buffet area Pucket and her colleagues work so hard and make it a pleasure to be there, also the Italian and the Beach Steak Bar everyone is so happy and helpful and the lady with the red hair makes wonderful coffees in the Italian ( sorry can’t remember your name).In the Evenings in the Italian Basilico the staff again are wonderful, we knew Nazim Arslam from Sensatori Sorgun he couldn’t do enough for us along with his colleagues. The other two A La Carte resturants the Tao and Amber are just as wonderful so are the staff.Tuba and the Gentlemen that makes the Cocktails at the Adult cocktail bar are amazing too, its lovely up there. Hakan can’t do enough for you at the beach bar, Amy head of Entertainment is very friendly and chatty, her Team are a credit to her. We have had an Excellent Holiday once again and met up with lovely new and Old friends.Thank you EVERYONE for making us feel part of the Sensatori Family, We would highly recommend you try this Hotel.   Fabulous 5 Star Hotel

  We have been to this hotel several times the last being in 2019 when it was the only one on the strip & the sister hotel was being built Evety time it has been tip top We visited again recently to celebrate our wedding anniversary & it was even better than we remembered We had only been there less than half an hour when a chocolate cake bowl of fruit a tray of assorted nuts a plate of baklava and a bottle of fizz in ice with an anniversary card was delivered to our room It was a total surprise from welcoming staff Such thoughtful gesture & much appreciatedOur room was very spacious & spotless thanks to our cleaner (sorry I didn’t get your name) & had a great view The main buffet restaurant was very good - plenty choice & great variety & the Alcohol was all branded & plentiful (great cocktails) A word of warning if you wish to try the other non paying dining options it’s wise to book first thing each morning as they go quickly -the Italian” Basilica” )was our favourite (a special shout-out to Nazeem -fantastic service from this young guy a credit to the company)We did try the Neoman a la carte option & it was exceptional we were the only two customers at the time we ate which we think may have been due to the 50 euros per person charge as we never saw it busy on any night Such a shame as the food & fabulous service from Rambo & Elvis (yep that was their names!) was well worth the priceThe hotel held two open air BBQs which we enjoyed & they also had two out door entertainment nights one was a band who were very good (we didn’t make the 2nd night) chairs put out in the gardens & a champagne bar Jack Daniel’s bar & Gin bar as well as the normal drink’s bar were a nice option choice oh & hot popcorn was a nice touch Bringing this review to a close “Well done” Akra Hotel to you & your amazing staff you didn’t disappoint again We had a wonderful time & we highly recommend anyone who is thinking of a holiday to remember to visit your fabulous hotel Guest Experience, Guest Services / Front Office at Akra Fethiye Tui Blue Sensatori, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for choosing to celebrate your wedding anniversary with us once again.   Amazing hotel

  It's an amazing hotel in every way. Staff can't do enough for you. Drinks are first class along with the food. Never have to fight for a sunbed. There are plenty along with the private beach where there are plenty of sunbeds all with umbrellas. Have just come back cannot fault the place.   Have a wonderful time consistently at this hotel 4th visit, lucky to stay for three weeks Everyone at the hotel is attentive take the time to genuinely ask if we are having a lovely time.   In short, this is the best family holiday we have been on. We are a family of 4, children aged 1.5 and 4.5 years. The (private) transfer and check in were friendly, quick and welcoming. We booked a swim up room with sliding door, and it was ideal with a napping child. The swim up pool was beautiful and worth the extra ££, although worth noting it was not heated. The resort itself was a good size, not too big, everything was nearby and you could easily “pop back” to your room if need be. The food was delicious, no complaints. The kids club and kids facilities in general were outstanding!!! They have thought of EVERYTHING, so little kids and bigger kids were kept entertained no matter what. The kids splash pool was also excellent, hours of fun. Everywhere is immaculately clean, they clearly work very hard to keep on top of cleanliness and keeping the place looking and feeling lovely for the guests. No real negatives to mention, maybe the restaurants need to open at 6pm instead of 6:30 for dinner for those with young (& hungry) children, and Thea’s could offer a few more savoury options such as pizza slices or similar, the Turks seem to like their sweet treats!
