This apartment hotel is situated at the heart of Fethiye-Ölüdeniz. The immediate vicinity offers restaurants, bars and shops. A wonderful sandy beach is to be found 4 km from the hotel and it is 50 km to Dalaman airport.

The apartment hotel has 30 apartments located in two 3-storey buildings. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions.     Our time at Antaş Deluxe Apart Hotel was simply wonderful! The fact that the hotel is newly restored catches your eye the moment you walk through the doors. The rooms are exceptionally modern, bright, and furnished with a beautifully minimalist touch; every single detail in the design has been carefully thought out for the guests' ultimate comfort.But what truly makes this place unforgettable isn't just the stylish, brand-new rooms—it’s absolutely the flawless, friendly service. The staff's sincere, warm, and always-helpful attitude made us feel right at home rather than in a hotel. Even our smallest requests were met instantly and with the utmost courtesy.For anyone looking for an innovative, spotlessly clean atmosphere combined with genuine hospitality, this is undoubtedly the best choice in the area. We already know where we'll be staying on our next trip; I highly recommend it to everyone!

    Where do I start?My stay was 13 October-23 October 2025,On arrival there is nobody at the outdoor reception,no staff not even guests,I had to look for them.First room they gave me was dark as dungeon with overgrown climber plants on balcony,dirty kitchen/hob.So changed the room for 402 hob was dirty again which I cleaned,bathroom cleaned superficially ceiling pait peeling of due to damp and wayer damage,,balcony dirty (broken furnitureleft in one corner),again with suspended plants hanging from roof(hornet/wasp nest)flying in and out constantly,amount mosquitos unbelievable.Last four days no hot water at all even when there was,it was Luke warm at its best!Creased/unironed bed sheets,air con hazard,beware apartment 402!Rotten fruit fallen from the tree left to rot on the pathways(attracts wasps),pathways slippery,potential hazatd!No staff at night nor security ,gates left open during night,long walk from bus stop because is not in Oludeniz nor Hisaronu.but Ovacik!Sleep quality zero because of neighbours fogs barking throughout entire night.No cleaning,changing sheets or towels in 10 days,I checked out the day before.They also stiched me up on the exchange rate for £1 50TL while going rate is 56TL!!!SWIMMING POOL FREEZING COLD! DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH!!!There are better places in Oludeniz and Fethiye itself for less money or a bit more with breakfest or half board.

    Terrible experience!One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in — the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet were disgusting.Dirty dishes left in the cabinets, no cleaning supplies, cold shower, no real Wi-Fi, and no parking even though it was advertised.Completely disappointed — I don’t recommend this hotel at all!

    Well one word for this hotel hell arrived early hours in morning to be put in a room with electric fuse box tripping out every 15 mins furniture on balcony all cracked they then moved us to another room next day 4 flights of stairs with a constant water leak running all down the stairs making it very dangerous slip hazard as in video no cleaning of room in 10 days while there you have to do it yourself you can ask for clean towels and bedding and pick up from outdoor reception never seen a reception like this one cracked tiles around the pool my daughter cut her foot getting out pool on steps had to go to doctors bad cut as for wanting a shower in the morning for some reason water don't work so cannot flush toilet either ants all over worktops not just in our room as other people were mentioning alot of faults this is a honest review as can see in videos I don't like to see people's hard earned money go to waste avoid is my opinion love turkey been many times all over but would not return to this hotel if it was free

    Deluxe they may not be, but as this was our 3rd visit that must tell you something. The apartments may be basic, but they are clean and the staff can't do enough for you. Anything you need they will help you with. Lovely pool, bar open as long as you want. Close to ovacik and hisaranou, but far enough not to be disturbed by the noise. The apartments could do with standardised crockery etc for kitchen, but that is a minor detail. Will be returning next year
