If I could give a 0 I would , All I can say it is a dump . Booked half board. No chief at night . Partner likes a spa and Turkish bath this was on website and love holidays website but place has not got it now . Failed advertising. First room was shocking and second one not much better. The balcony door did not shut properly and a cat got in through the night and scared my partner she screamed . Would not recommend to any,

threatened and thrown out at 3AM because of the owner`s cat

Horrifying! At 3AM the owners pounded on our door, screamed insults and threats (‘my dad will k*** you, f*** y***’) because their cat had entered our room. No apology – only aggression, abuse, and being thrown out in the middle of the night. Completely unsafe, stay away!

Just returned home from one of the most awful places I’ve ever visited. Was put in a room on the top floor which I can only describe as a crack house. Bathroom smelled like 2week old cat litter. Asked 3 times to move rooms as the smell was overwhelming. After absolutely losing my temper on the poor man at reception was put in a first floor room which was less awful but still not good. If I could give some positive feedback it would be the location is 3 minutes from town and the pool was ok. Breakfast utter rubbish didn’t eat there after day one. What a shame as this place could be really good if only they took some pride in there hotel

Please read this , this is the most basic hotel in turkey, the rooms are smelly full of mould? And dampThe outside roof leaks water constantly to your balcony which makes rooms wet , rooms have cockroaches in and ants the owner is never bothered about anything and hides when confronted, all what’s advertised is not happening no entertainment at all we made it happen not them no spa rooms, breakfast was crap and cold , they say aircon is included but we know people got charged daily, only good thing was size of the pool and it was clean. If anyone wants a 1980 style hotel this is the one, if you want a up to date hotel with hot water no bugs damp or mould leaking roofs crap management dont come here please

During our stay everything was perfect, the poolside atmosphere was wonderful, and we had a great holiday with our family. Many thanks to Carmina Hotel for everything, see you in 2026!
