Location

The beach hotel is located a few metres from the main road into Ölüdeniz, approximately a 7 to 8-minute walk from shops, bars and restaurants and 10 minutes from the beach. Public transport runs along the main road regularly, offering links to the nearby Hisarönü and Fethiye. Dalaman airport is about 55 km away.

Facility

2 junior suites and 88 double rooms are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden.     The room appears a bit dated, and I’m concerned about the wooden flooring. It has significantly deteriorated and warped, making it quite difficult and uneven to walk on.

    This property is a great place to relax and reset. It abuts the beach, but has its own extensive pool area, along with an indoor gym and outdoor sporting options. Onsite restaurants provide a variety of options, at reasonable prices. The room service follows suit. The breakfast buffet provides a large array of food options for different palates. Staff were pleasant, helpful, and professional.The only con for me was that the property was about thirty minutes North of the actual town. For some this might be an issue. For me I liked being relatively isolated, as I enjoyed the peace of being out of the city. If you need to do some shopping or have a look around Hua Hin then Grab can easily access the location.Overall, a great experience that I hope to return to some time in the future.

    Nice hotel with large pool areas, kids had a great time. Great staff, breakfast ok, of course after 1-2 weeks eating the same food started to taste the same. Pizza, pasta, french fries, tacos etc are very available in the hotel's own restaurants.The hotel is old (before it was Novotel, and before that it was Marriot 25 years ago). The age shows, but the rooms and everything else was still OK, the building was really far from the beach and pool area, not for people with disabilities or heart problems. Although the pool area was probably one of the best in Cha Am.In the evening all the events should have been in the hotel lobby, this would have made people feel at home in the hotel.In front of the elevator they advertised rooftop parties, but when we went there was that terrible construction site, the whole bar has been in operation for many years.7-ELEVEN, several restaurants, a tailor and many masseurs "in front" of the hotel on the small main street.Taxis are cheaper if you use non-tourist taxis instead of the ones waiting near the hotel.(Arrange in advance, even on WhatsApp Toom/+66-89-001-7736)I would choose the same hotel again.

    Worst hotel ever stayed in. Unclean rooms full of insects.understaffed and needs total renovation. Checked out before as we couldn’t sleep at night. The staff were ok but helpless.
