  Been here 3/4 times now.Great apartments for a great price, walking distance to the main strip, friendly owner & staff! Can’t fault the place, clean, good pool area and bar, everything is good. Will defiantly come back again! Recommended!

  We arrived in the middle of the night with our three children and found this hotel spontaneously online. The host welcomed us warmly, and compared to others, it was very reasonably priced. I was impressed by the cleanliness—having stayed in many hotels, this is my number one choice.

  [Advice : CHANGE YOUR £'s to TL IN TURKEY - AND DON'T PRE BOOK YOUR ONGOING TRANSFER TO GREEN VALLEY. If you get cash from an ATM it will charge you between 6, 8 and 10% depending on the ATM. If you have a Starling bank card you won't get charged for any International payments/transactions. Monzo will charge you after you've gone over £200].Sooooo.... we had a WONDERFUL time at this hotel. The staff are super helpful and rooms are kept clean and tidy. Halit, the owner, was like a best friend in the six days we stayed. Although, I doubt he'd agree with us keeping him up until 3am on accasion (and him with a 6am alarm clock set)! The food is excellent if you can't be bothered to go to the shop for food.Green Valley's main attraction is the SWIMMING POOL. I cannot stress enough how well this is maintained. Emptied and filled daily from an on-site umderground well. Its crystal CLEAR! I would say it's the BEST swimming pool I have ever experienced. For this reason alone, we will definitely be going back to Green Valley to stay with Halit and his family.There's a nice chill vibe in Sept. No children running around (or at least not when we were there). Generally older couples - sometimes accompanied by their grown up children. So many people we spoke to have been going to Ovacik/Oludeniz for 10/15/20 even 30 YEARS! All of them opting to stay at Green Valley. You will not be disappointed. I'll admit, the wedsite photo's don't look too appealing (apologies Halit) but believe me, the pool is worth the flight out alone. We got out of the airport at 8am and walked straight onto a coach to Fetiye for about £11. Then £1.50 to Ovacik. If we had pre-booked from the UK, it would have been £40.It's only a short £1.50 for two bus ride to Ölüdeniz. With stunning mountain views and paragliders a plenty to watch. You will not be disappointed. The beach front bars are fantastic. If you are going to treat yourself to a cocktail - do it here. It's an idyllic setting for sun downers and Al fresco dining. Any imported alcohol is expensive - so as a rule of thumb, stick to local spirits/beer. I mostly drank Efes - £3.50 a pop on average, although you can pay double that at the Yaught Hotal restaurant for example. But it's worth it for the view and the restaurant is amazin too if you want to really treat yourself. I keep banging on about the cost of drinks. It's because not too long ago Turkey was a cheap destination and booze was cheap as chips. Now, a 50 (sometimes 25ml) shot of Jack Daniel's can cost £10! 350TL. If you have four JD and cokes you're looking at £40. If your partner has a cocktail - it's the same. Four drinks each can cost you up to £80! You know what its like after a few too many beers - you'll start ordering up the shots for sure. As we did on a few occasions.Please, do go to 'Spice', they do a set menu curry (which is one of the best curries I've ever had. I'm originally from Birmingham - so I do know the difference). That's the only reason to go to the 'strip' to be honest. Unless you want a load of knock off gear or purfume. All of which looked very good btw. I'm told the purfume is excellent. We opted for a self catering Apartment at Green Valley which was ONLY £26 per night end of Sept. Our flight from Gatwick was only £70. We back-packed to save silly luggage costs (£130). So all in all, you really can do this on a super cheap budget (just stay away from the imported alcohol - especially coctails & shots) 🤣

  Stayed here for 2 weeks in September 2023 first time in Turkey & in GreenValley Apart/Hotel & enjoyed every second. The staff are amazing, eager to please and nothing is too much. The cocktails are fantastic, good value and made right in front of you. The iced coffees are a must try, better than Costa or Starbucks at a fraction in the cost. The beds are comfortable, air con is brilliant & the food is delicious. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels changed every other day. The hotel itself is impeccably clean. Pool is lovely, very relaxed feel. I cannot thank Halit, his family & the staff enough for their outstanding service. I would 1000% come back.

  A hidden gem

  This hotel is a hidden gem. we had a fabulous 11 day stay and loved every minute of it. The owners will go above and beyond for their guests. A member of the group was feeling unwell and they bought meals and drinks to our room. The food was awesome. they even made you anything you asked for!Lovely pool area.It has a mixture of hotel rooms and self catering apartments.Will definitely book here again
