    Nice hotel, nice and quiet. Room and balcony quite small but spotless. Staff friendly and helpful especially the cleaners. Pool areas clean but pool was cold but properly because it was October. Food was not that great especially breakfast but there was always something you could have. Would recommend if your looking for a nice quiet hotel but not the food.

    More Tragic than Majestic - there’s no excuse for the issues I faced.Negative - No hot water at least 5 daysNegative - smokers inside the breakfast area constantly puffing away right next to others trying to eat in pleasant surroundings Negative - extremely poor choice of food at breakfast cordials only, no fresh juices, poor cheap coffee, everything better is an extra cost, and especially evening meals amateurish and cheap looking & overcooked, I stayed half board.Negative - my room had a double bed with a single bed sheet on it? Negative - poor lighting in bathroomNegative - miserable staff EVERY SINGLE ONE I saw.Positive - cleaned room every day and made up really well congratulations to housekeeping ladies.This place is in a good location for access to most things the resort offers but in no way can this take away the huge disappointment felt all week.Wouldn’t ever go there again.

    We have been to olu deniz many times but this is our 1st visit to the Majestic. We had a lovely time and the hotel has everything that you need for an enjoyable stay. The room was adequate, only thing would be more storage but as a couple we managed to empty our suitcases. We had brought our own kettle and were lucky enough to have a fridge in our room. Yes the balcony was small but still managed to sit out on it. The oools were lovely and never an issue to get a sunbed. The bar serve was good and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was everything that you needed to at your up for the day. We were bed and breakfast but did eat in the hotel and the food was lovely. Overall we had a lovely time and definitely will return.

    On arrival in the early hours, greeted by 2 guests who laughed and said "the hotel is sh*t with no hot water, you get what you pay for" They were right.The positives- the rooms were clean and the beds and pillows comfy- the reason it gets 2 stars. The hills around the hotel are beautiful, and only a short walk to the beach. The negatives, the first room we stayed in had 2 beds, we had booked a double, no room/storage to unpack. 2 balconies looking out onto walls and pipes,no hot water, shower attachment partly hanging off, the light in the bathroom not working- 3 days to fix, phone for reception was 2 bare wires not attached to anything- manager said she had tried to ring us many times but we weren't answering!! There was no top sheet and only a very small thin blanket which only covered half the bed.We asked daily for a different room and after 4 nights were moved to a double room with a balcony and much nicer view to the pool. Still no hot water, shower fixtures loose, shower caddy attached only on one side so everything fell, curtain hanging off the wall, TV and phone broken, paint peeling, screws left on the side. We had to ask for another sheet as again only provided a tiny blanket.Breakfast was ok with fresh eggs and pancakes, but the juices in a country which has so many nice home grown fruit were basically sickly sweet artificial tasting squash. We were half board and the evening meals were not great, and had to buy water, exactly same desserts and salads every day and a lot of chips and pasta. Little/ no turkish food. The staff seemed miserable most of the time- maybe end of season and tired.Pretty much everyone except us smoked a lot, both inside the dining area and by the pool. The outside of the hotel looks nice, but inside needs major work. I wouldn't put it as more than a 2 star at best. At the end of the week we did get the few drinks we ordered taken off the bill as we did say to the manager that no hot water for 5 out of 7 days wasn't the best. We did have a good holiday, but the hotel was bad and would not recommend it
