    ' Fabulous Hotel Staff are so helpful , can't do enough for you , breakfast was so tasty and plentiful, our rooms were cleaned on a regular basis, lots of lovely outside space/gardens , pool was so refreshing , We also purchased ARIIVE eSIM at this hotel , highly recommend, very reasonable prices and recognised in Turkye, also 200 other countries, the customer service is the best too We will most definitely stay here againReady to book again now 😊

    Location is perfect’The hotel is beautiful’But when we arrived we were giving a dark dingy room ‘When I booked and it said room with jacuzzi on patio I thought I’d booked one of the luxury rooms ‘Next morning the manager changed our room ‘But it was a room with jacuzzi inside ( not the same ) We kept asking for one of the nice rooms as it was my wife’s birthday ( obviously we would pay the upgrade)Just to be constantly told rooms not available’I kept watching all week no one in rooms ‘Then we were sat at bar one night got talking to a couple who had just arrived’And guess what they upgraded to the honeymoon rooms ( as hotel call them )I got the feeling they just took an instant dislike to us ‘The management were so unhelpful’I went to the desk to complain about something and as I walked off the girl laughed 😩Not very professional’The bar and restaurant staff are lovely and so helpful’ISA helped us a lot ‘Then as for cleaning staff ‘For three days bath was not cleaned’I purposely left it to see how long before getting cleaned’We had to ask for toilet rolls and coffe ‘And only thing she ever did was make bed ‘Tops were never cleaned and stains on patio there for the two weeks we stayed there 😩It’s a shame about management and cleaning staff as the hotel is beautiful’I’d also like to thank restaurant manager memhet he was very helpful xxx

    Always have a fantastic time at Karbel, 4 th year back and going again this July. It is a special year as we have been married 30 years and I could not think of going anywhere better. Mehmet and the team cannot do enough for you. Would 1000% recommend.

    Karbelsun Hotel Review: A Solo Traveller’s Go-To StayAfter several stays at the Karbelsun Hotel, I can confidently say it’s become one of my favourite places to return to—especially as a solo traveller. Safety and comfort matter a lot when travelling alone, and this hotel continues to deliver both every time.A Warm, Welcoming TeamThe staff at Karbelsun are consistently kind, helpful, and attentive. No matter the time of day, they’re always ready to assist and make guests feel looked after. That level of friendliness is a huge part of why I keep coming back.My Stay in a Superior RoomThis visit, I stayed in a superior room. Upon arrival, I found that the shower was broken, but a quick call to reception had maintenance at my door within the hour. Problem solved—quickly and efficiently.The cleaners deserve special praise too. They come in daily, keep everything spotless, and do an excellent job. My bed was changed every two to three days, which I really appreciated.Where the Rooms Could ImproveWhile the superior rooms are comfortable, they’re starting to look a little dated. After seeing photos of the newly upgraded rooms, I wouldn’t really classify the older-style superior rooms as “superior” anymore. There’s nothing wrong with the beds or amenities, but for the price point, a refresh would make a big difference. At the moment, I’d say the value doesn’t quite match the label.Perfect for Solo TravellersDespite the minor room criticisms, Karbelsun remains an excellent choice for solo travellers. I’ve always felt safe, relaxed, and well looked after during every stay. That peace of mind is priceless.Final ThoughtsWould I go back? Absolutely. Even with some room updates needed, the atmosphere, staff, and comfort of the hotel keep bringing me back. I’d happily recommend it to anyone—especially those travelling solo.
