Location

The resort is located close to the ancient Kayaköy Ruins, just 30 km from the world-famous Ölüdeniz and 15 km from the centre of the city of Fethiye. Dalaman Airport is approximately 45 km away.

Facility

Units include 189 non-smoking rooms located in a 3-storey main building and 7 auxiliary buildings. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the holiday village feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include medical assistance, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. A conference room is available for conferences, lectures and meetings.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. Extra comforts include a mini fridge. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 2 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. The complex offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, basketball and archery. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, paddle boating, canoeing, kayaking and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, banana boat rides, catamaraning, snorkelling and diving. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Dining facilities include a breakfast room and a bar. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). The complex also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Terrible experience. Dirty hotel which is very run down and needs upgrades massively. The staff are very rude and very unprofessional with some staff finding the need to come into your room late at night without permission. A must avoid at all cost. Management covered up and protected the stuff even though it was found on cctv. Hotel is located 20 mins from fethiye so needing to get a taxi every time you’re wanting to go into town. If I was to go to this location again I’d go to the hotel next door as that is more a 4-5 star and this hotel wouldnt get more than a 2 star.

    Thanks ,that was not my Holliday .just week off .I did not expect too much . I was looking for beach and amaizing vjue ! I got and was happy .but NOT BECOUSE off HOTEL .That PLACE NEED BIG CHANDGES!!! Cleaning SERVICE AND NEW Restaurant . Animation-i never see so BAD ANIMATION IN 20 Y EXPIRIENC IN TURKEY ! I hope ,THEY WAKE UP ! PLACE IS WERY GOOD IF YOU NEED RELAX WITH GOOD VJUE.BUT HOTEL NO ! AND THAT WERY SAD.     These hotel pics were so deceptive . The hotel was dirty and the fixtures in our bathroom had damp and mould inbetween the grouting. The eating area as dirty and even filthy on some days . Half the staff were appalling and rude . The bins overloaded and filthy . We were treated badly by representative from loveholidays . He sold us a trip and the next day my son was in hospital ill . He said he would get us a refund and it won’t be an issue , they only returned £40 of the £150 they took from us . Then he says we are lucky to even get that in response to my request for the rest of it. This hotel could have been amazing but maybe under staffed . There were some potential I guess when it opened it was lovely . Would not recommend it unless it’s a first holiday and you don’t know any better .     I only really have a couple of complaints , the first being , you basically have to ask for the rooms to be cleaned but they never clean the floor, The pool area is ok , food edible but I went over for breakfast and fancied pancakes , they was in heated tray stone cold and hard , I asked for fresh was told no , eat what’s there , Now the rooms are so dated and dirty , I’ve had ants in my room.     What can I say about this hotel!! Worse holiday and place I have ever stayed in!! Rooms were terrible dirty only had it cleaned if we asked. Less than 24 hours in my daughter who is 6 fell ill with food poisoning as soon as we landed back in uk we had to rush her to a hospital. I tried to speak with a manager about this and she was not bothered at all. If it wasn’t for my daughter being ill I would have flew home early!! I don’t know how love holidays can represent or still sell this place as a holiday It’s not a holiday it’s a hell hole!! Dirty unhygienic place you will ever stay. I wouldn’t even put an animal there. I haven’t even covered half of it!! Please please do not ignore this review. If this was in the uk it would be shut down by environmental health!!!
