  Not really what I expected

  Oh god where do I start !! The hotel is a cat lovers paradise they are everywhere. People are encouraged to feed them in the dining areas thank you Victor If you have any allergies or concerns don’t mention them as the main man victor will pick up on this and feed them in front of you. Even when you escape to the bar area. The hotel it’s self is basic but the all inclusive is a draw in but don’t be fooled it’s not worth the hassle if you are not a cat worshiper. Gino is an amazing guy who is friendly and not pushy first class photographer absolutely brilliant Gino. You must see Moses what a guy can’t do enough 5 stars miles too good for your surroundings. Kitchen staff brilliant love you all especially Ramadan and his niece Sundanan. Best to go out on the strip in Hisaronu there’s loads of great bars and restaurants that will look after you time and again….. what a fantastic place this hidden gem Hisaronu is 😁😁Also a must recommended Crystal lounge (great evening entrainment), Junior and Allí fantastic team. Reef bar. ( great bar staff sheriff a star) Taboo killer pool brilliant for getting to know people , during the daytime Pine Hill pool restaurant don’t order too much big portions , great food amazing prices. Pepinos to die for hope you enjoy make your own minds up. Oh and forgot big fan of Izzy’s fantastic value and amazing food big up Izzy

  Excellent Staff, very good location, poor breakfast and drinks.

  We visited right at the end of the season, in fact we were the last to leave and dined alone on the last night. We were in block 1 right by the pool, bar and restaurant. Breakfast was extremely limited and only saved by the omelette chefs, lunch was better with a fresh cooked station and evening meals were good with a fresh cooked station and a BBQ station. the hotel sleeps 152, while we were there the maximum number of guests was 20. It is located just 10 minutes from a lot of shops, restaurants and Spa's (lucky for us as the hotel Spa was closed and no-one had informed us of this. A taxi to the beach was around £6 each way and well worth it (during the season there is a twice daily shuttle). Only half of the pool is in the sun in the morning and you have to switch to the other side in the afternoon (this would be impossible when the hotel is busy. Anyone staying in blocks 2 0r 3 with mobility issues would struggle. Only a 3* really but it rated an extra 1 for the staff.

  Raw Sewage Flooded My Room – Serious Health Hazard Ignored

  I stayed at Telmessos Select Hotel (Adults Only), Hisarönü, in October 2025 through TUI UK. On 16 October, raw sewage flooded my room, contaminating the floor, furniture and my personal belongings. I reported it immediately to both the hotel and the TUI representative.Despite clear health risks, no professional cleaning or sanitation was carried out for over 24 hours. I was moved to another room directly above the still-contaminated one. My clothes, shoes and electronics were destroyed.Other guests had reported the same sewage problems before my stay, and multiple rooms were affected during my visit. This was not a one-off incident — it was a known, ongoing hygiene issue that TUI continued to ignore.I hold photographic evidence, timestamps, witness statements and correspondence confirming these facts. What was meant to be my daughter’s birthday trip became a health hazard and a complete distressing ordeal.Travellers deserve transparency. TUI should immediately suspend sales of this hotel until its sanitation failures are properly addressed.What was meant to be my daughter’s 18th birthday trip became a health hazard and a deeply distressing ordeal.Travellers deserve transparency.   I wouldn't stay here again!

  This hotel ruined our holiday to Turkey. We knew there would be rain and storms while we were there and that can't be helped. However on our first day, while we were out our room was flooded with sewage, we were in the bottom of block 3. We were given no warning from the hotel even though it turned out this had happened 2 days before. My suitcase full of clothes was covered. There wasn't another room immediately available for us to move to and was left in Reception with no offer of where we could wash the sewage off our feet. A TUI rep came out at my request and we did manage to sort it then and the hotel cleaned my clothes and case, but there was no apology. We did move into block 1 which was fine, until the evening when the music was blaring, unfortunately I came down with a cold and wanted an early night, but it was like trying to sleep in a nightclub!!We found the staff unhelpful and a little rude at times, except the lovely ladies cleaning the rooms who always said hello and chatted with us. We discovered that the hotel repeatedly put customers in those flooded rooms without the contaminated furniture etc being replaced. They did flood again later that week, this time they did give a warning to move their things from the floor and then moved them when the rooms flooded. I just find that odd that they thought it was OK to continue using those rooms knowing it was sewage and would happen again.The food was basic but OK, sunbeds were a nightmare to get unless you wanted to get up at the crack of dawn. I know there are people who have been going to that hotel year on year and love it, but clearly they are seeing something I'm not. If the problems had been handled differently then maybe I wouldn't feel so strongly, but not a place I will be staying at again.

  Holiday from hell

  We have just got back from a 2 week stay and arrived late was greeted by the lovely guy on the front desk and was offered a ham salad sandwich which was a lovely idea don't get many of them in hotels now a days, took to room and had two single beds and they said would sort it I'm the morning. The location is brilliant not too far from the strip. The room smelt funny but was told with all the rain they had a slight flood which I can understand, no one can predict the weather. In the morning went to the pool side was quite and the pool was freezing so didn't go in the little pool was also freezing, we went for the sun and to distress due to family illness back home. The staff was amazing and so friendly, the food was ok, if you like chicken they was always chicken on the menu. The bar was lovely and the drinks are not watered down, we had been there a week and made some brilliant friends if it wasn't for them I would have come home, we were in block 3 and yes flooded with raw sewage. They had been in and took our stuff and we had no idea where to I had a zara cardigan which had been in the flood and my husband had a backpack with a few t shirts in there, they took it to be cleaned and still.came back smelling, it was over 24 hours to clean up the room and the stray cats walking around in it and going to the food hall and around the hotel its disgusting. We called the rui rep as others were also flooded and I asked to be moved hotels or flight home and was ignored. Love turkey and love the people we always go to turkey but sorry will not be going back to this hotel
