    The hotel itself is tiny, so tiny in fact that the taxi driver had problems finding it. Its a thin, vertical strip of building with a cafe on the ground level that can easily be overlooked. Therefore, do NOT expect a grand Martı type hotel with sleek luxurious lobbies and a rooftop restaurant! The hotel offers small but cozy rooms with similarly small bathrooms. At times, the furniture may seem clunky and unnecessarily large. However, if you are in Istanbul, chances are that you will only sleep in the hotel. There is so much to do! This hotel is located around the very vibrant Osmanbey, there are many small cafes offering local cuisines at amazingly low prices, a great park (Maçka Parkı) and many narrow, urban cobblestone paths. It also allows you to experience Istanbul's historic authenticity without the typical veil of tourist sites. However, if you do wish to visit many of Istanbul's amazing sites, then Osmanbey tram station is a 1 min walk away. If you prefer to walk, then account for about 25 mins (of a scenic urban journey) to Taksim square. If you plan on shopping, there are several great shopping areas and malls close by (Teşvikiye Cad). Overall, an average hotel fully compensated for by its amazing surroundings.

    Worst hotel ever

    The staff of the hotel are dishonest, unhelpful and even rude. The rooms are nothing as tidy and clean as they seem on the website. The smoking is allowed in the lobby, therefore it finds the way in the rooms as well. The cigaret smell is so intense in the rooms that can stop you from being able to sleep, and turning on the conditioner does not help at all. We couldn't bear it anymore than 2 nights and we changed the hotel. Yet, they charged us for the 2 WEEKS that we had booked it! They did not have the courtesy even to say sorry, leave alone being rational or helpful.

    The whole building stinks of tobacco smoke from the ground floor lounge where smoking was allowed. The smoke smell traveled via the staircase and lift shaft, I specifically asked for a non smoking hotel and room. Staff were indifferent, some were rude and attempts to reason with them, so we could move to a different hotel were met with refusal and rudeness. Cleanliness is poor throughout the hotel. Breakfast was adequate if repetitive. We left after a few days of a fort nights holiday without any recompense. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in...

    I have visited istanbul- staying room 402.The hotel is good. Services provided are really great: spa (sauna) the rest in supplement : jacuzzi, massage.About the rooms clean, functional, big size, with balcony and quiet ..and very nice staff. Bathroom : with shower only but no conditioner provided.The plus: -breakfast European and turkish. - the restaurant is really beautiful with music and open until late.
