This architecturally attractive city hotel in the new area of Istanbul is situated close to Taksim Square and Dolmabahçe Palace. Ataturk International Airport is located 20 km away, taking around 25 minutes with the local public transport.

Facility

The hotel has 102 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 15 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Hotel

    Upon checking into the hotel, I was genuinely shocked to find that the room was not only exceptionally dirty, but also had a strong, unpleasant odor. This was far below any reasonable standard of hygiene and comfort expected from a hotel of this supposed caliber.When I raised this issue with the reception staff, the response was highly unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of addressing the problem promptly, I encountered a lack of urgency, cooperation, and basic customer care.Despite repeated attempts to resolve the situation, the issue remained completely unattended. The condition of the room was simply intolerable, leaving me with no choice but to vacate immediately and find alternative accommodation.As a direct result, I lost the full value of my booking and incurred unexpected additional expenses. The entire experience was extremely stressful and disappointing.⚠️ RecommendationI strongly advise other travelers to avoid this hotel. Based on my experience, it fails to meet even basic standards of cleanliness, service, and professionalism.     Hello,The location is amazing I recommend and the breakfast is very delicious, but the room view is nothing i asked city view but the view from my room is a big building on my face. Staff is very friendly but the housekeeping they knock on your door very loud and after just 2 knock they open and enter very bad they should be teached that knock the guests door very politely. No tissues in rooms no toothpaste tooth brush.     We had 6 days stay in September 2025 in Eliteworld Comfy,Istanbul.I have to mention some positive and negative points about this hotel.First of all,I have to thank the reception team specially Mr.Volkan who helped us to change the room and also Ruya and Hosseyn.They were very polite and friendly and also helpful during our stay.The most negative thing about the rooms in this hotel was the noise from the walls and the room’s doors.we couldn’t sleep quite well without noise and the sound of banging doors from other rooms.The management have to change the locking mechansim of the doors surely!About the rooms,I have to tell that there are some back rooms and front rooms in the hotel.Unfortunatey,the back rooms were so much dark and didn’t have any view just the wall!But,front rooms had a view to the the street and the city,although they are a little bit noisy. Another problem was the bad smell of sewage when the weather was rainy or getting humid.     Great medium sized hotel

    Have stopped here for a total of 4 days as part of a tour. We had 2 different rooms. Both were of a good size, but both with a standard double bed, this was a little cosy for us as we have a larger bed at home, however the bed was comfortable and we slept well. Reception was always very friendly and helpful, advising local restaurants, taxis and places to see. Breakfast was good, a good selection of hot and cold food, and the table seating was very nice with an elevated street view.The hotel is well placed for visiting sites and is 5 minutes from Taksim Square. There are a lot of restaurants locally, however many were pretty bland, but filling, so choose carefully!I would return again.
