    Great customer service, the staff are friendly and very helpful. Good air conditioning. Clean. If you’re a light sleeper like me you may need to bring ear plugs in case people are talking on the balcony near your bedroom (they weren’t super loud but I’m a light sleeper and the ear plugs resolved the issue).

    Stay Inn Taksim Hostel provided very good service and nice bedrooms. While not luxurious, the rooms were clean and the lockers were a definite plus. What impressed me the most was their exceptional hospitality. I arrived after midnight, and the staff waited for me and were incredibly pleasant and helpful. For me, this hostel was the best choice. Thank you, Stay Inn Taksim Hostel!

    I'm from Colombia, stayed at the hostel for 25 days and I just have good things to say about it.From the moment i arrived, the staff was really nice and helpful, the lobby is absolutely cozzy, always fresh tea available, the kitchen is properly equiped, so i cooked there many times, rooms are nice, clean and fresh, cleaned properly everyday aswell as the whole hostel, the cleaning ladies are professional on their job and willing to assist you on everything, nice mattresses and pillows on the beds, clean and fresh bed clothings, the lockers are really good on size to keep your baggage, bathrooms are clean, hot water available all the time and even hair dryer, just a minor things to fix about the showers.A good thing is not "junkie backpackers", nice travelers and guest to get involved into interesting conversations, the wifi is really good at any spot.The staff is really kind and even assisted me on a small accident i had and also to get some of my money transferred from Russia when i needed.Honestly i loved the place, now it's time to come back to Russia, but as i told them will be back in a month or so.If you want to be at a nice, perfectly located and comfortable hotel during your stay at Istanbul, just go there.. you will be really happy

    This November I was in Istanbul for 2 nights and I booked my room at Stay Inn Taksim hostel. First when we came we were greeted by lovely receptionist Deniz and we went to their cool, cozy lobby. Deniz offered to make us tea and coffee multiple times and also gave us the opportunity to leave the luggage in their luggage room while we’re away. Rooms were clean, nice and we felt safe during the whole stay. They have balconies that guests can use and that amazing community area downstairs that we enjoyed to sit in and chat with other customers. Deniz answered all the questions, helped us navigate Istanbul and recommended nice and cheap places to visit and shop in. Wifi was working, toilets were clean, we had access to drinking water from machine and the prices are really affordable . I am so very grateful that I booked my stay there and I know I will do it again. I am very pleased. ❤️
