Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected.     Wonderful Stay in a Clean and Comfortable Hotel

    I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always willing to assist with anything I needed. The room was very clean and well maintained throughout my stay. The location is also ideal — short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore the main attractions.     Internet is lousy, and then you have to ask for basic room ammenities. Location not in a nice neirborhood and not all the people in tbe counter speaks english..... not to be back again

    Avoid this hotel is possible. The lifts are inefficient, with long queues to take luggage to and from the rooms. Frequently using the stairs to go to room. Breakfast and evening meal very limited choice and very basic. No room between tables to get in and out without having to request other cliente to make space.Size of rooms and bathroom very small. The double bed was against the wall so entry and exit of the double bed had to be made by the bottom of the bed or climbing over the other person. Not recommended if travelling in group or if you need to use lifts.Staff friendly.
