    A Costly Disappointment Due to Poor Beach Service

    It was purely a disappointment: the beach staff completely ruined my vacation by discriminating me as being a solo traveler. Despite repeatedly explaining my need for a shaded sunbed due to health reasons, I was forced to sit in the sun, and no proper spot was provided. The few shaded areas were allegedly reserved for potential outside guests who would pay entrance fee. A staff member verbally harrassed me several times to remove me from the sunbed I used, shouting that I was solo and could not have any of the shaded sunbeds (!) and should immediately leave the spot and sit in the restaurant area. She was extremely rude and even humiliated me by shouting in front of everyone. Despite reporting the issue to management, no action or apology followed and the hostile attitude of the beach staff continued. Apparently the hotel prioritizes outside visitors over guests on the beach. I regret wasting my money and time here as I had paid an excessive amount for the hotel thinking that it had a beach. Avoid this place if you want a peaceful vacation and professional service.

    We just stayed three nights and Nihan the manager made our stay so lovely. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. The private beach area is fantastic. The breakfast each day was superb.     If you are seeking tranquility close to nature this hotel is the best. Location is super with respect to adjacent spots,( i.e Alacati, Cesme, Llice) and distinctive with respect to direct sea view and adjacent to the marina.     Highly recommend to hire here a flat for the whole summer.The team is absolutely top notch amazing. Literally they will make anything you desire happen. The swimming pool is with water coming straight from the see and the water is sallow making it ideal for kids. The breakfast is a classic Cesme Country Style breakfast with So many good things to choose from. Amazing custom omelette and Jams which are prepared by local staff Solmaz. Straight after crossing a small road there is an attached beach club that is amazingly comfortable with great lunch and dinner and most important are the amazing music played at the beach house and the cocktails in the afternoon. There is a great public beach next door for those with little kids that wish to walk to the see and play with sunny sand. The flat we own is a two room very specious with amazing view to the bay. Every morning you can jog. Attached to the property there is a marina that a full route back and forth will result in a 3.2KM about 2mi The Marina also has the best fish restaurants around Cesme / Dalyan so you can enjoyAmazing local messes and fish and sweets This is the most perfect place to spend the summer we've been coming here for already 10 years!

    Shocking service and even worse room

    We booked a sea facing suite for only 1 night. A rather unprofessional young lady checked us in wearing almost not there short shorts. No porter to assist with luggage to the room. Our view was that of the car park. Rather shoddy decor and the room we were allocated to was right next to the lobby, all night we heard the short shorts lady cackling away. Every time the neigh our flushed their toilet or showered, the drainage pipe obviously runs through our room, the water would then barrel through our room. My husband was the victim to a menace mosquito all night. Poor man was covered in bites the next day. No mosquito net or insect repellant available. No towels in the room. No turn down service. Our visit was utterly disastrous.
