    This is not hotel anymore . It’s run like a garbage Breakfast was disgusting I had to pay a breakfast evry day , the staff are teenagers and not professional maybe they are nice but is it enough for hotel 140 eur per night ? Rooms not clean , even smelling bad in toilettes.Hotel is not maintened at all, the terasse outside is like garbage no chairs only plastic.Noisy with a night club close and with loud music until 01 am at least .By the way pictures are the best but it’s not the reality that you will faceRunnnn away even pension is better at least their is an ambiance’s

    Very Great Experience and an amazing staff All the workers and the owner are helpful I went one week to turkey and the only people who helped us were them I am grateful for them and their amazing hospitality

    One of the worst experiences ever. You walk in and get fooled by the nice and cute interior and then you start discovering the disasters. Washrooms are leaking, electricity outage and water shutdown. They claimed that the power and water issue was throughout the entire town although we were out and the town was functioning normally and even if it was true they had an entire day to fix it but they didn't, we were out at 11 am and the water was shutdown and came back at 7 and there was still no water. And the cherry on top was the charges we were charged for at the time of checkout. They claim during the booking that they have free breakfast with the room and then you discover that they charge you for simple stuff that should be available with any breakfast (eggs, coffee and water) and without even informing you, but instead they surprise you at the time of checkout. We were very disappointed towards the end of the stay as we went during eid time and the price we paid was even double the normal price yet we get all of this and we ended up leaving with a fight and rejecting to pay anything extra. The only advantage in the hotel is the location.

    + we were very satisfied wit our visit. The Personal is very helpful. You can ask them about any Informations you need, as they are since long in Alacati. The rooms are very spacious.The location is near to the center of Alacati means to the Bars, Restaurants and small Shops. There is a bazar on every Saturday. - Because of the location, Noice during the night.

    Love the hotel and staff. Great location, friendly atmosphere and nice staff ❤️ highly recommended! I was with my friends and we enjoyed a lot. Clean swimming pool, delicious foods and nice rooms. You can visit with your friends or family.
