    We had such an amazing experience at Emirates Park Zoo & Resort! The zoo is beautifully maintained, the animals are well cared for, and there are so many fun and interactive experiences for families to enjoy.We booked the Giraffe Chalet to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was absolutely unforgettable. The view and atmosphere were incredible, and what made it even more special was the kindness of the staff who surprised us with a lovely birthday cake. Such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us.A special appreciation to the wonderful staff members Tiruni, Anwar, and Rizwan for being so friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.     Great Family Stay with Amazing Service and Memorable Zoo Experience

    Had a really great stay at Emirates Park Zoo & Resort, everything from the moment we arrived was smooth and well organized. The service and hospitality from all the team were very good, always helpful, friendly, and ready to assist with anything we needed.The resort itself is very nice, clean rooms, good facilities, and perfect for families. My wife and daughter really enjoyed the stay, and everything was comfortable for us. The zoo experience was also amazing, very well maintained, with a lot of activities and close interaction with animals which made it very special for the kids.All the zoo and resort services were well managed, from the reception, housekeeping, and staff around the zoo, everyone was professional and welcoming which made the whole experience even better.Special thanks to Farida, she is really a great team member and a big asset to the hotel. She look after our stay, took care of my wife and daughter, and always made sure everything is perfect for us.     The place offers a very nice experience overall, especially the VIP experiences and the resort. It feels truly magical to wake up next to giraffes or have dinner while watching the big cats. The room was also very comfortable and well equipped.The staff is very service-oriented, but I noticed that some processes can be a bit slow, making the check-in somewhat complicated, even if you arrive early.As for the zoo in general, it’s not very large—you can go through it in less than two hours—but it’s still a great experience, especially being able to feed the animals and get so close to them.One area for improvement would be increasing awareness and supervision among visitors. During my visit, I noticed several people knocking on the glass enclosures or using flash photography. These are not statues—they are living beings with specific health needs, and it is also the zoo’s responsibility to protect them by discouraging this behavior.Aside from that, it is a very enjoyable experience.
