Amazing as usual

Once again another amazing stay at Bilnur apartments, staff cleaners and chefs all go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. Food 5* cleanliness 5* very friendly atmosphere, we have been coming now for 11 years as a young couple and always stay at Bilnur, from day 1 we have been treated like family, bilge the manager is amazing she always goes out her way to make sure everything and everyone is ok, wouldn’t stay anywhere else and already booked for next year thank you so much to you all at the Bilnur ❤️

Wow just wow , clean apartment , fantastic food ( and the chef’s ate so friendly and accommodating) pool , bar and restaurant are clean , the staff go above and beyond to help you and make your holiday fun ,the Bilner make you feel part of their family, so much fun , relaxation and just about everything you can expect for a perfect holiday, cannot wait to go back next year xxx

Here at the moment absolutely fantastic place staff superb nothing is a problem excellent service failed to understand anyone would place negative views regarding this property. 1st time visitor and it won’t be my last as already booked for next year. Fantastic as always

This is our fifth recurring year at Bilnur. It’s like coming home. Bilge is fantastic owner. All the boys are a joy. They look after us so well and we have such fun with them. The chefs are the best. There is never no pressure to eat there or stay round the pool. We do both but not every day. We meet friends we see every year and have already booked for next year. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Poor and rude management

We booked this hotel based on all the glowing reviews, and we honestly can’t understand how. As soon as we arrived, it became very clear who those reviews are really for – the “older generation” who have stayed here countless times before. If you’re a first-time visitor or a younger couple like us in our 20s, expect to be completely ignored and treated as though you don’t matter.From day one, the bar staff pressured us relentlessly to keep a tab, even though we insisted on paying as we ordered. For the first four days we stood our ground, but eventually we gave in after being hassled. Big mistake. After just three days of having a tab, I asked to see the balance, and what we found was outrageous. Nearly 2000 lira charged to us for items we never had. According to their “system,” my boyfriend had five English breakfasts, six extra sausages, countless Fantas and lemon Fantas, and who knows what else. None of which was true.This is blatant overcharging. If we hadn’t asked to see the tab, we would’ve been ripped off without even realising. And when we confronted management about it, things went from bad to worse. The manager’s attitude was absolutely disgusting – instantly defensive, incredibly rude, and completely dismissive of our concerns. Instead of apologising or taking responsibility, she blamed us. Excuses were thrown at us, such as “you shouldn’t have had a tab” (despite their staff forcing it on us) and “maybe another guest gave your room number.”The final insult was her mocking comment: “If I wanted more money off you, I would’ve charged more than an extra sausage.” That line alone sums up the arrogance and unprofessionalism of this hotel. After nearly 10 minutes of heated arguing, suddenly the bill dropped by over 1000 lira. If that doesn’t prove we were being scammed, I don’t know what does.From that moment on, the manager avoided us completely, refusing to even acknowledge us. On checkout, she snatched the key from my hand without so much as a goodbye, thank you, or even eye contact. Just pure rudeness.We left this hotel feeling angry, uncomfortable, and disgusted at the way we were treated. It’s clear to us that management only cares about their repeat, older guests, and everyone else is brushed aside and taken advantage of. The way they tried to pad our bill and then acted as if we were the problem is nothing short of shameful.We will never return, and we strongly urge anyone considering this hotel to think twice. Check every bill carefully, do not be pressured into a tab, and don’t expect fair treatment if you’re not part of their “regulars club.” If you raise a concern or have a problem and take it to management expect to be ignored and treated poorly the rest of your holiday

Didn’t we immediately remove the three sausages and two Fantas that you claimed were added by mistake?Please be assured that we will take your comments into consideration.
