    I went at the end of April early May got there at 11.45 Saturday nite we could have got a beer but we did. got up Sunday had breakfast unpacked went for dinner had a beer talking to another guest then went up to the room 104 now the fun starts had a kip but woke up feeling very cold as it was 75% outside. hotel doctor came to the room had a look at me then rung for a ambulance as I was suffering from a very severe kidney infection spent 3 days in a hospital to which I can honestly say the staff was fantastic the hotel staff was brilliant as always as it was our 4 time at the hotel. can say it had nothing to do with the hotel on me being ill but hey just rebooked it for sometime next year and not forgetting jet2 staff as they came to see me in the hospital and rung up for updates on me apart from helping my wife with everything so a very big thank you to everyone who was involved

    We had an amazing stay at Grand Ideal Premium! The hotel itself was excellent, with great facilities, comfortable rooms, and a fantastic atmosphere throughout our holiday.A special thank you to Diego, Iso, and the entire entertainment team. They truly made our holiday 1000 times better! They were always checking in to see how we were doing, making sure everyone was having a great time, and keeping us entertained from morning until night. Their energy, friendliness, and dedication really stood out and made our stay unforgettable.The staff were welcoming and professional, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return. Thank you to everyone for such a wonderful holiday!

    Just back from 11 nights at this hotel and we've had a fantastic time.The rooms are comfortable and spacious.The food is excellent - there really is something for everyone.No trouble getting a sun lounger every morning.The entertainment team were a great laugh - especially Diego and Iso, there's no hassle to join in but please do, they make everything fun!I'd highly recommend a Turkish bath on day one, excellent for the tan!The spa is brilliant and all the spa staff are just fantastic.We ventured out a few times and discovered you can use most restaurants beach clubs for free in exchange for ordering food and drinks. We had a fantastic day at Vamos Beach Club.Perfect weather.Literally nothing to complain about - would definitely return.

    Had an amazing time here everyone on staff is friendly and nothing is too much trouble from cleaning staff to bar and entertainment staff . Jenny who does kids club is lovely so friendly my daughter loved her definitely recommend this hotel
