    Please don't waste your money worst experience worst hotel I have ever stayed in Stuff very rude hotel rooms very rundown We went all inclusive food was horrible and we could only have a couple of drinks all we get is they have run out of alcohol You have been warned on your head be it

    We had a memorable holiday here and met some lovely people. We felt it was a good value break. Yes there could be improvements (the light in the ladies pool bar toilets was faulty and the music was way too loud at times and a bit OTT and food was a little limited at times but we always found something - look out for the BBQ food cooked outside as we missed this the first night and went out instead). Huge thanks to the female chef who cooked beautiful breakfast fresh omelettes and food at the beach bar! We had a lovely spa experience too. Handy free shuttle bus to beach. Great boat trip highly recommended for 3 hours. We will likely return for a value break in the future, if we could have the same room with amazing views! Worth a visit to the town, taxis very reasonable but we did walk it a few times with no problem.

    We unfortunately came here for our honeymoon, we were met with nothing but disappointment. How this hotel can claim to be a 4 star hotel is absolutely beyond me! I beg for people to read these reviews before they book in this atrocious establishment.

    Awful hotel, worst i have ever stayed at - beer from cans, no diet drinks, showers cold, food luke warm/cold and near enough the same every mealtime, mayo out of date (so check the sauce packets if you go), no entertainment, rooms in need of updating etc.

    The staff mocked me when ordering drinks. The room was using USED plasters to cover holes on the fly door. There was holes in the walls from previous tvs. The food wasn’t great with no labels to say what is what. If you ask for vodka, you get raki. There is no life guard. It is up a large mountain with no way of getting up or down (unless you walk up the windy steep road). The reception is leaking with water coming from the roof. The showers are cold. The spa smells of egg. The rooms are outdated. No where to keep suitcases safe at end of stay. No products provided in the bathrooms (which have yellow stained toilet seats). Wasp nest on the balcony. They have a dog who they don’t treat and is riddled with fleas. The beers are flat and in warm cans. The beach is black sand. The snack bar is made on a bin bag. The town centre is a 20 minute walk away (a lovely town though). No entertainment at night time. I’m unsure as to why the reviews were so good here? It’s truly horrendous. The staff at hotels.com were the only helpful thing during our stay when we tried to find somewhere else!! Save your money and don’t come OR spend the extra few hundred and go to TUI or Holiday Village.
