  Very nice place and easy,the staff was Very polite,the room was comfortable and big.we stayed 3 days.we went to turkey, marmaris for shopping.we decide next year again to visit marmaris and we will stay again in blue yacht marina apart.we suggest to book there.

  Four of us booked in here for 9 days and our grandson of 11. when i looked at the amenities it sounded great gym, pool, bar, restaurant, poolside bar, and childrens pool and a pool table which is what we wanted for my grandson. It had none of these things other than the pool just the apartments which were fine if thats all you were looking for, but if I had known that it hadn't got these things I never would have booked it. We had paid then asked where the bar was and realised it had none of what it advertised we asked for our money back and would go somewhere else. We were refused and take note that there are 4 floors and we were on the third we are in our sixties and it was difficult carrying cases up as there is no lift. These places should be vetted to make sure that they have what they say they have. I would never stay here again but as i said its fine it you just want somewhere to sleep.

  disgrace, dirty and noisy hotel DO NOT GO THERE

  the staff are extremely rude, do not listen to their customers and are arrogant people. The hotel was extremely dirty and dark. The room they gave me had not been cleaned, there was hair on the towels, the blankets were stained, the room had not been swept. I requested to my room to be changed, but they said that the hotel was full due to the Bariam Holiday, unfortunately I couldn't find another hotel to go to, I just sat in the room all night, I couldn't sleep and rest. It was disgusting, terrible, horrible. DO NOT GO THERE

  We stayed for few nights. The price was lower than average hotel in Marmaris.Lets start with benefits: 1. Very good location - close to bat street and Marina, plus convenient way from Bazar.2. Nice and polite staff3. Apartment consists of 2 rooms and a balcony - large space4. Bathroom was clean and comfy, with clean towels5. Pool is present and nice, a bit messy but in general ok6.There was basic filling in the kitchen - pot, pan, cups, plates, silver. 7. Fridge was present and, what is important, was working once we were out of room. I notices some of hotels completely shut down all the power outlets once you are out.8. Classy, simple but nice turkish breakfastNow lets go to things that lowered our experience:1. AC is present only in bedroom, the kitchen/living room is noticably hotter, plus the ac itself blows straight to bed, thats why the whole stay it was covered by blanket, plus there was no remote.2. The teapot almost hit me with electricity, the cable of hot panel is also dangerous. After incident didn't use pot at all3. The curtains are pretty thin so it may bother sensitive people in the morning, we meet the sun as windows were to the east.4. Internet, the worst part and a reason to move out. Internet was absent in the room, if you dont have local sim card this is a punishment. Internet was working on the ground level in the breakfast area and by the pool, in the room the only spot i could barely get connection was, pardon me, toilet.

  Disappointing

  This was a return trip to the hotel previously called Cem Aparthotel, previously visited 9 years ago. How things have changed, our last visit was memorable as there as a lovely pool with poolside bar and a buzz about the place, all changed now, the bar is still there but wasn't open at all during our stay, consequently the pool was almost completely deserted. Obviously a change of target audience has occurred. No complaints about the room nor any of the staff. As has been mentioned in other reviews the hotel is in a great location when you get your bearings of the centre of town and the harbour.
