    First time to book in this hotel and definitely the last. The room was dirty and dusty, removable stains everywhere, walls are too thin so its noise all day. never have a peaceful night. The toilet seat was dirty with old poo. cups were dirty too. The valet is NOT free. The receptionist rupa was nice but the other receptionist she was so unfriendly and speak in a high tone and she was inefficient. No view So I went to ask for the manager they said they have no manager but there is duty manager, so a guy came and asked how to help, I thought he is the duty manager, but he was only the supervisor, I showed him all the dirty photos i took for the room and bath, there was no reaction only carelessly apologized and said he will send someone to clean and when a room is vacant, he is going to give it to us. I was not happy with his reaction, Im sure the gm and the authorities will take an action so they know that they cant take money for a filthy room. a complain will be done soon.     Worst hotel!

    I strongly do not recommend this hotel! I had been planning a trip for my parents' anniversary since summer, booked the hotel months in advance, and contacted the hotel to arrange a taxi and confirm the booking. However, I received no response—only the standard confirmation through Booking.com. I decided not to bother the hotel further, assuming the confirmation from booking.com was sufficient.Finally, the long-awaited day arrived. My parents flew out and were supposed to check into the hotel by 6 PM. But, half an hour before their arrival, the hotel canceled the booking. Upon arrival, my parents were told there was no reservation. I had booked the room for $100, and the budget was calculated based on this amount. However, the hotel informed them there was no booking and that the room price at that moment was $160.If this is not fraudulent activity, then what is it? Judge for yourself.

    I really had a comfortable stay in this hotel. The rooms were big and the mattress really comfortable.I would like to specially thank Whai Shan for the service and the cleaning. She took care of our room during all our stay:I will definitely repeat my stay in this hotel.
