    Well the most important negative factor, were the bugs, in 4 nights of stay i just killed 4 or 5 bugs in thereIt felt dirty and there were no slippers. there was some sort of balcony but in fact it was the roof top, divided by a fence and there was occasionally a security guard passing by, literally feeling our privacy was invadedOn the other hand, the personnel were very friendly and helpful, room service did the cleaning routinely and perfect and the bed and pillows were so comfyOh and also, most of the breakfast is indian so keep that in mind

    This was my second time staying at this hotel and i must say absolutely loved it. From checking-in at 4 am to my whole stay, the staff are so polite and helpful. Would definitely book again if coming to Dubai. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The amenities are also of good quality as well as the breakfast served

    I booked 7 nights for location and price consideration, but it turned out it is way better than what I thought! Staff is incredibly helpful and professional and above all of noticable kindness. Rooms are spacious (except those on the R floor). Bathroom is ok. Nice balcony although no fancy view due to the height of the hotel (M, 1st, 2nd and R floors, that's all). Best thing about Le Wana is the decent atmosphere. No bar nor nightclub in premises. So it is an optimal option for families and business travelers.

    Spent a wonderful week at this establishment. Members of staff were absolutely exceptional. I don't have all their names but would highly recommend Aadil, Kartik, Pascal and Azeem. Azeem helped us with our packing and everything else we would ask. This guy is a gem and a great asset to the hotel.Thank you for the upgrade to a Premium Room at no additional cost...greatly appreciated.

    The Staff are very welcoming and helpful. It is near to the metro station and Al Ghurair mall and there are many shops and restaurants that are opened till late night. We stayed for 6 nights and the breakfast was ok. Need more varieties. Overall we liked the hotel.
