Poor Attitude of Manager & sub standard customer

I have been here for few times before today went along with my friends and there were another group of team also were there in the restaurant.Almost 3 hours they were making lot of noise at higher decibel level and controlling the you tube videos at their choice.We informed the staff thrice and requested to maintain some discipline as there were other members are also came there to spend their time peacefully but unfortunately they did not do anythingWhen we complaint to Manager he told that this is the first time you complained and they will consider if the receive report e complaint.The manager was so arrogant and he seems to be not interested in listeningI decided this should be the last visit to this restaurant who are hesitant to listen to the complaint to improve

I didn't even visited hotel or not even stayed at the property but was still charged full amount and it was all mess up between agoda and this hotel and I suffered a loss of 22k inr and no response or resolution wad given to this . Please never ever book this hotel.or property

The best guy Mohit , thank you ❤️ excellent polite attention! the truth is if you go there ask him to take care of you In addition to all the staff from the moment you enter until you leave, the site is clean, comfortable, very pleasant, I loved it

Very good breakfast!!! Also the staff very nice. Amer was very friendly. A lot of attention and nice service from him. Also the egg Benedict was one of the bests!!! I will come banco for sure to the breakfast

I can’t explain anything about foods specially dessert ,just try it. It’s maddening delicious 😋😋😋 thanx to July & Amer🌹and its first time in Damac paramount its great to stay in dubai and the staff in the stage rest its so friendly .🙏🙏🙏
