  Worst Family Stay Ever at Ramada by Wyndham Dera – Rude Management, Poor Housekeeping & Complete Mismanagment

  My stay at Ramada by Wyndham Dera from 20th April to 27th April in Room 523 on the 5th floor was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived until checkout, my family and I faced continuous inconvenience, rude behavior, and complete mismanagement.From the very beginning, instead of helping with luggage, the trolley staff stopped me outside on the road and demanded to see my booking confirmation first, despite my booking already being prepaid online. Even after complaining at reception, no proper apology was given.The problems continued in the room as the “king-size bed” was actually two mattresses joined together, which caused severe discomfort and back pain for my wife. To make things worse, the towels provided by housekeeping smelled terrible. Even after replacement, the new towels were equally smelly. Shockingly, the housekeeping staff initially admitted and apologized for the issue, but when senior management arrived, the entire situation changed completely.The senior management representative, who appeared to be the operations in-charge of the hotel, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of resolving the matter, he continuously denied the facts, lied directly in front of me, and even pressured the lower staff members to change their statements after they had already admitted the issue earlier. Rather than helping a genuine guest concern, they tried to cover up the matter and handled the situation in a very disrespectful way. I genuinely felt harassed during my stay.Only person who I would separately like to appreciate Mr. Pradeep from the front desk, who was personally very helpful and cooperative during my stay, especially whenever I needed assistance with rides and general support.I also have further details, supporting proofs, and evidence related to this entire incident, which I can share directly with the higher management if required, and these facts cannot be denied. I sincerely hope this review is properly investigated and taken seriously by the hotel management.Overall, this hotel failed badly in hospitality, customer service, housekeeping, and professionalism. I truly regret staying here and would never recommend this property to families looking for comfort, professionalism, and basic respect.

  Mr Kashif, Restaurant Manager, runs a very efficent, professional and pleasant restaurant offering excellent variety and delicious food. His staff and himself couldn't have been more helpful and resoectful.I would recommend you stop by the first floor restaurant in the Ramada Hotel Dubai and you wont be disappointed.
