    Very friendly staff and a clean and comfortable room. I arrived as the kitchen was closing but the Chef agreed to keep open so that I could have a meal. That was much appreciated. Very good value for money and I would definitely stay here again

    We checked out of the hotel this morning after having two nights away, firstly thanks to Steph for offering us the hotels “members rate” who knew it was actually cheaper to book direct with the hotel and not the usual online places!!. Check in was very good, got told all the info on the hotel times etc and chatted about where and what to do, not like your usual places where you don’t even see someone - thanks Kelly!. Our room was nice and spacious exactly what was needed could have been done with a little TLC but a lot better than your chains, it was spotless and I think that’s all that matters. We had food in the hotel bistro Mollys the waiter that served us Jamie was full of compliments of the menu and helping my boy friend decide - I knew straight away I was having the fish & chips and it did not disappoint. Breakfast was really good and started the day off just the way it should!.We went down to Malones bar and it was good just not our vibe - but can appreciate a good bar after that we went to the hidden bar and the cocktails were AMAZING!!! The guys knew exactly what they were doing, made me something different as I couldn’t decide off the menu!. Check out this morning was good again she took her time to chat to us - found out this was Steph that gave us the discount. Hearing her chatting to people once we sat down was so good she actually knew peoples names Something you don’t get at chains!. We will 100% be back… Location, staff all of it 10/10

    This was a last minute thing for business and I found the perfect place to stay before heading home the following day. Very polite, professional, friendly and great customer service. From the reservation over the phone to my check in it was seamless and easy for me to get to my room for a much needed rest. The room was extremely clean with comfortable beds and everything that I needed. The staff went out of their way to help me with the room service menu delivering food and drinks in an extremely timely manner. The food was very nice, reasonably priced and I thoroughly enjoyed my menu choice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel for a visit if you’re looking for something close to the Railway and Bus Station, shops etc. Thank you. Mòran taing.

    We've stayed here a whole load of times, and it's always been excellent. This last time was particularly so due to the excellent staff making my partners 40th birthday as special as possible, extra thanks to Steph and Aleks at check in for your kindness and welcome, and to Kelly at check out and helping us with cabs. Just easy going friendly staff all the time.Rooms excellent, location excellent, price excellent, and the staff really elevate the place.

    Hotel was ideal and central Very clean and comfortable but what really made our stay was the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Made my 90th birthday even more special as it coincided with st Patrick day live music! Definitely recommend and looking forward to returning
