  Lovely Smiles before Offshore

  I love coming to this hotel! The staff are all friendly and welcoming from the moment you step through the door. The breakfast ladies, Jan and Sara, always brighten my day before heading offshore. Both very proffesional, lovely and attentive, ensuring all guests have a wonderful experience!   Great base for those visiting Aberdeen - not just for those flying from Aberdeen airport

  An excellent experience at this hotel. From check in to check out, the whole experience was fantastic. Staff are welcoming and professional and keen to ensure you get the best from your stay. Our room was spacious and clean with a lovely bathroom which included a walk-in shower. Nice toiletries! Location is ideal - not only for those travelling from the airport but also the proximity to Aberdeen city centre which is where we needed to be so a good base. The rooms are obviously well insulated as there was no noise during the night. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in any hotel - and we have stayed in many hotels over the years. Good selection of cereals, fruits, yogurts, fruit juice and more bread and pastry choices than other hotels we have stayed in. Our hot breakfast was cooked to order although we did note that the hotel does sometimes offer a buffet selection based on the number of guests. We found the hotel to be excellent value for money in a location that was ideal for us. The service from all staff was excellent and we will definitely stay here again.   Not the best. Better alternatives

  Stayed here now twice. Had 2 rooms this time for 4 people. Both rooms are in desperate need of updating. Was advised bsck in November this was happening but still the same tacky stained rooms. Carpets have cigarette burns. Who knows whst is all over the curtains in the pictures attached! I did reach out to the hotel. Got 1 reply from the hotel manager over a week ago and no response to my last email! This tells me an awful lot more about the hotel. I assume they are busy but if you don't have the time to deal with paying customers complaints I'd suggest handing this over to someone else. Tanya, Front office manager did email me and address a few of the issues. It's good to see she takes pride in her job Location to the airport is good. Easy parking. Friendly staff. The app and the website advertise free jet727 bus passes to the city centre. This isn't true and should be taken off the app etc. Asked fir these and was told they no longer do them? We were sorry to hear that you had some issues regarding your stay with the cleanliness of the rooms. We are hoping to start the process of changing the carpet in all of our rooms, however this is not a fast process. We have hired a company to do this job however it does take time to purchase enough carpet for 200 rooms. Our hope is that we can start with the remodeling in the first half of this year. We completely understand that this needs to be done quickly and we have made this our top priority. We also understand that some of the curtains also need to be replaced and are hoping that is something we can also do soon especially for the rooms that need it the most. Regarding the 727 bus ticket, that is something we did have available however are unable to offer free of charge anymore as the prices we were being charged to get these tickets went up too much. We have started to offer an new Room Rate that includes a day pass bus ticket at a discounted rate. We are also working on revamping our webpage as there are some details that are out of date, hopefully that is something that will be correctly shortly.   A Great Airport hotel

  As always felt looked after as a women travelling alone. The hotel is a 5 minute walk away from the Airport, really easy and rooms are lovely. Still disappointed that there is no room service as you have to order food and collect from the reception.   Quiet and modern

  I’ve stayed here a couple of times now and will certainly be returning, since the modern rooms are comfortable and the facilities provide a very comfortable nights sleep. Checking in is always fast and friendly, with the elevators serving each of the five floors quickly.Some of the rooms have slight views over the airport but the other buildings block what could be amazing views, but whichever aspect you have there’s minimal noise from outside. The bed is large with electric sockets, lighting controls and a reading light at both sides, with the TV opposite being a great size. The desk is a good size for working with an office style seat accompanying, with plenty of space in the wardrobe along with iron and board. It is possible to open the window slightly but the air-conditioning is effective without being overly noisy.The bathroom was equally as modern as the main room and spotlessly clean. Large bottled toiletries are in the shower and of good quality, with the towels soft and plenty of them. There’s a couple of lighting options and the walk-in shower is nice large and spacious.My only annoyance with the room is that the bathroom is separated from the bedroom area by frosted glass - looks great and contemporary, but if you’re sharing the room and someone needs the bathroom at night, the whole room lights up as a result, so it does feel more geared to guests staying solo.The restaurant and bar area next to reception isn’t anything to write home about - it’s rather lacking in atmosphere, not overly cosy and the menu somewhat limited despite the high prices. Food quality is average at best and the service at the bar can be slow. There is a small little ‘shop’ area for essentials which is a good touch and the prices for the items aren’t too unreasonable given the convenience. Overall a very comfortable hotel and if you’re looking for a clean and contemporary stay I’d recommend.
