Working in Aberdeen for a week. When I arrive at the hotel the staff were not friendly. The lack of parking is awful. To then be told that you have to park a 7 min walk away, and pay for it. I know it's not alot but when you are working all day to then have to do this. Wifi is terrible. Was needing to do some work while back at the room but was unable to due to the lack of WiFi. Friendly staff but bring sandwiches

While the staff are very friendly the food options are appalling. Two curries, a noodle dish and a pizza. Chips is the alt. It expecting gourmet but come on.

Parking was the worst I've encountered

Shocking poor parking availablity and poor breakfast (sloppy scrambled eggs only) nice hotel but the car park is full of oil rig workers cars. As a Hampton Brand we are limited service hotel with a smaller kitchen facility and only offer scrambled eggs. We do not have a gas supply in our kitchen and only have the facility's to over a limited selected to go with the limited brand of Hilton. Our car park is extremely busy at all times and the hotel does not advertise the carpark on any platform to try and prevent disappointment when a space is not available. Not a pretty sight

I was not satisfied with the aesthetics of the room as it was outdated, the colour scheme was obnoxious and décor was just not appealing. However the quality and resources provided were good. Overall would stay again if I had to but think the room decoration just needs a rethink and update.
